1. [Ningxiang County, Hunan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Zhou Jingcheng Brutally Abused under the Persecution
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhou Jingcheng was illegally arrested by Ningxiang County 610 Office agents in Hunan Province on January 14, 2006. He was sent to Jin City Prison in Changde for the second time and transferred to the Wangling Prison in You County.
The guards at the prison repeatedly shocked Zhou Jingcheng with electric batons. They beat and kicked him and savagely force-fed him until several of Zhou Jingcheng’s teeth were knocked out. They also injected Mr. Zhou with toxic substances that damage the central nervous system. It caused Zhou Jingcheng’s eyes to bulge out, he turned blue and he became delirious. Mr. Zhou is now on the brink of death.

2. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Qiu Li Tortured at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp; Her Legs are Paralyzed
Dafa practitioner Ms. Qiu Li was illegally sentenced to three years of forced labor, to be served at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City. She was savagely beaten many times, and was stripped naked and paraded in front of everyone. Ms. Qiu is extremely weak and her legs are paralyzed.

3. [Chengdu City] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Jiang Yunhong on Brink of Death from Gross Abuse under the Persecution
Dafa practitioner Mr. Jiang Yunhong is now held at the Qingyang District People’s Hospital in Chengdu City. He is on the brink of death from gross abuse under the persecution.
4. [Lushun, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Wang Huiqing and Ms. Guo Zhaohua Sent to Brainwashing Center
Dafa practitioners Ms. Wang Huiqing and Ms. Guo Zhaohua from Lushun, Liaoning Province were detained at the Lushun Detention Center for 15 days between May 23, 2006 and June 7, 2006. They were sent to the Dalian City Environmental Protection Hotel Brainwashing Center on the morning of June 7, 2006.

Around 5:20 a.m. on June 18, 2006, the local police arrested Dafa practitioner Mr. Jia Jianfeng at work. They took him to the Shahezi Brainwashing Center in Jilin City.

6. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioners Mr. Sun Yongqin and Mr. Zhang Xiaoping Arrested
Dafa practitioner Mr. Sun Yongqin and Mr. Zhang Xiaoping from the Dadong Management District in Donggang City, Liaoning Province were arrested by officials from the National Security Division around 11:30 a.m. on June 26, 2006.
7. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Police Persecute Dafa Practitioner Mr. Zhang Wenliang
Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang Wenliang from Tangshan City was arrested in September 2004 and held at the Hehuakeng Labor Camp in Tangshan City. He is now being held at Handan Labor Camp.
8. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ten Dafa Practitioners Arrested
Ten Dafa practitioners have been arrested since June 19, 2006: Ms. Liu Jun, Mr. Su Changlin, Ms. Ma Fang, Ms. Liu Guiyun, Ms. Liu Jingbo, Ms. Chen Shuqin, Mr. Jia Jianfeng, Ms. Ji Shufan, and Ms. Wang Huimin. The persecutors have also detained Dafa practitioner Ms. Gao who went to visit her daughter Liu Jingbo.
9. [Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Wang Xiaohu Mistreated at the Jilin Prison
Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Xiaohu, detained at Jilin Prison, clarified the truth to the inmates who reported him to the guards. Wang Xiaohu was called to the guards’ office at 10:00 a.m. on June 8, 2006 and was brutally beaten.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Guan Yue from Dalian City was arrested from his place of work on June 2, 2006. The police took his computer and personal belongings and they ransacked his home, taking three computers and several printers.

12. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Han Chunying Detained at the Shuangyang District Custody Center
On May 25, 2006, officials from Group 1 of the Shuangyang District Criminal Police Division broke into the home of Dafa practitioner Ms. Han Chunying in Shuangyang District, Changchun City, Jilin Province and searched her home. They took her to the Shuangyang District Custody Center where she has been held up until now.
13. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Qi Xiang and Others Arrested
Dafa practitioners Mr. Qi Xiang, Ms. San Yan, Ms. Xiao Hong, and Mr. Xu Chaodong were arrested by officials from the Baoguolao Police Department when the practitioners where distributing truth clarification materials in Baoguolao Township in Beipiao during the early morning of June 24, 2006. They are currently being held at the Beipiao City Detention Center.

14. [Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Dafa Practitioners Ms. An Qiumei and Mr. Xiong Chengyi from Donghe District Arrested, Home(s) Ransacked
Dafa practitioners Ms. An Qiumei and Mr. Xiong Chengyi from Donghe District were arrested and their home(s) were ransacked by police on June 12, 2006. Their current whereabouts are unknown.
15. [Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Yue Guomin Arrested
On June 26, 2006, officers from the Binbei Police Department in Shengli Petroleum Field led a dozen plainclothes police officers and broke into the home of Mr. Yue Guomin. Mr. Yue works at the Jingan Property Management Company in the Beishe District. The police took his computer and Dafa books, among other things, and arrested Yue Guomin. Mr. Yue's current whereabouts are unknown.
16. [Dingzhou City, Hebei Province] Police Arrest Dafa Practitioners Ms. Zhang Zhanxiao and Ms. Wang Zhenru
Recently, the police arrested Dafa practitioners Ms. Zhang Zhanxioa, 56 years old, and Ms. Wang Zhenru, in her 40s, who both work at a coke plant (coal). They sent them to the Dingzhou City Detention Center.
17. [Anyang City, Henan Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Chun Xiang Arrested for the Third Time and Sent to a Brainwashing Center
Dafa practitioner Ms. Chun Xiang from Xigang Village, Shuiye Town was arrested for the third time in June 2006 and sent to a brainwashing center. During the first two times she was sent to brainwashing classes, the police held her at a detention center and released her only after they extorted a large amount of "parole" money.
18. [Huadian City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Luo Guang Persecuted at Brainwashing Center
On June 4, 2006, authorities from the Panshi City Police Department deceived Dafa practitioner Mr. Luo Guang from Hongqiling Town, Panshi City, Jilin Province into going to the police department. Once there, they sent Mr. Luo to the Huadian City Party School to brainwash and otherwise persecute him.
Luo Guang’s wife Song Xiaohui was arrested for the fourth time and held in the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City for one year. Her family was told to pick her up on June 23, 2006.
19. [Helong City, Jilin Province] Information about the Persecution of Several Dafa Practitioners
Dafa practitioner Ms. Jin Yingshi has been held in a labor camp for one year.
Up until June 7, 2006, eight Dafa practitioners from Bajiazi Town in Helong City were being held at the Helong Detention Center. They were sentenced to forced labor, from one year to two years on June 2, 2006.
At the labor camp, Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Xiuying was forced to sit in a metal chair with her arms handcuffed behind her back. The officials violently forced her head down between her legs while they tied her arms with a rope and pulled it up.
20. [Qufu, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Huang Chunling Arrested Again
Qufu "610 Office" agents arrested Dafa practitioner Ms. Huang Chunling and sentenced her to 15 months of forced labor. They sent her to the Jinan Women’s Labor Camp in Shandong Province to persecute her.
Dafa practitioner Ms. Qian Chun from Qufu worked within the Qufu City crops system. Lawless local officials arrested her around May 1 for distributing truth clarification materials.

21. [Xuchang, Henan Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Lou Yahong Persecuted for Nearly One Year at the Shibalihe Women’s Labor Camp
Dafa practitioners Ms. Lou Yahong and Mr. Li Chaoyang were recognized and arrested by Miao Zhongkai and some other people in June 2005. Lou Yahong was sentenced to one year of forced labor and later transferred to the Shibalihe Women’s Labor Camp in Zhengzhou City. It has been nearly one year and she has not been released.
22. [Beijing] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Xiao Shuqin Persecuted
Dafa practitioner Ms. Xiao Shuqin, around 60 years of age, lives in Donggaodi, the Fengtai District, Beijing. She was arrested and sent to a brainwashing center in June 2006, and is still being abused and mistreated under the persecution as of now.
23. [Haicheng City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Chen Shulan and Wang Zhonghui Sentenced to Forced Labor
Practitioner Ms. Chen Shulan from Daiqian Village, Wangshi Town, Haicheng City was sentenced to one-and-a-half years of forced labor at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City. Practitioner Ms. Wang Zhonghui was sentenced to one year of forced labor and is being held at the Yuemingshan Forced Labor Camp in Anshan City.
24. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Police Arrest Practitioner Li Benfa
Personnel from the Guxian Town Police Station arrested practitioner Mr. Li Benfa at a Guxian Town Market. They extorted 5,000 yuan cash from him.
25. [Beijing] Practitioner Mr. He Deyong from the Haidian District Sentenced to Two Years of Forced Labor; Ms. Liu Quanying Sentenced to Two and a Half Years of Imprisonment
26. [Xinxiang City, Henan Province] Practitioner Chen Wenxue Arrested; Practitioner Mr. Zhao Tingyun Killed, Organs Removed
Personnel from the Hongqi Police Department in Xinxiang City suddenly broke into practitioner Mr. Chen Wenxue’s home the afternoon of June 17, 2006. They ransacked the place and confiscated some Falun Dafa books, truth-clarifying materials and the practitioner’s daughter’s newly-bought computer. They arrested 60-year-old Chen Wenxue and put him into the Xinxiang City Detention Center.
Practitioner Mr. Zhao Tingyun was killed for his organs on June 20, 2006 and hurriedly cremated to destroy the evidence.
27. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Zhang Zhenjie Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Zhang Zhenjie from Changsha City is 42 years old. Personnel from the Changsha City Police Department and from the Yulan Street Police Station joined forces and arrested Zhang Zhenjie from her home and ransacked her place the evening of June 22, 2006.
28. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Fan Xiuying Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Center
Practitioner Ms. Fan Xiuying from Chengdu City was arrested in the Beimen District on May 23, 2006, and her home was ransacked. She is now being held at the Jinhua Brainwashing Center in the Wuhou District.
29. [Anqing City, Anhui Province] Practitioners He Weiyu and Qian Guofang Arrested
Personnel from the Daguan District Police Station arrested practitioner Mr. He Weiyu when he was grocery shopping the morning of June 5, 2006. He is now being held at the Anqing City Detention Center.
The police followed Ms. Qian Guofang on her way home after work on June 6, 2006. She was later arrested at home and is now being held at the Huaining City Detention Center.
30. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] District Court Sentences Three Practitioners, Including Yao Jiaxiu
At 9:00 a.m. on June 26, 2006, personnel from the Eastern District Court in Panzhihua City held a hearing for practitioners Ms. Yao Jiaxiu, Ms. Xiao Huizai, Ms. Liao Xiaohui.
31. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Jiang Xianyi and Others Illegally Held
Practitioner Ms. Jiang Xianyi and her son Mr. Kuo Hai from Shenzhen City, a practitioner surnamed Wang and a new practitioner, Ms. Liu Yu’e from the Nanyou District, were arrested and held at the No.1 Detention Center at Tongle Village, the Nanshan District.
32. [Xiaogan City, Hubei Province] Practitioners Chu Lin and Li Junzhen Arrested
Personnel from the Sancha Police Station arrested practitioners Ms. Chu Lin and Ms. Li Junzhen from Xiaogan City, Hubei Province when the two were clarifying the truth of Falun Gong in the Sancha District in Xiaogan City.
33. [Sanmenxia City, Henan Province] Practitioner Guo Tingmao Arrested
A police patrol team from a certain station arrested practitioner Mr. Guo Tingmao in January 2006 when he was distributing truth-clarifying materials. He has been held at the Sanmenxia City Detention Center since then.
34. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu and Her Husband Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Liu and her husband from the Nanming District were arrested and put into the Naming District Detention Center in the middle of June 2006 when they were clarifying the truth in the Juhuadong Community, the Zhongcao Residential Agency.
35. [An County, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Song Xiaolan, Zheng Linghua, Zhou Qingxiu and Li Hongyan Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Song Xiaolan from An County was arrested and her home was ransacked in April 2006. Personnel from the An County 610 Office arrested Ms. Zheng Linghua on May 28, 2006. Practitioners Ms. Zhou Qingxiu and Ms. Li Hongyan from Mianyang City were arrested from their homes the evening of June 7, 2006. The two practitioners from An County are presently being held at the An County Detention Center. The two practitioners from Mianyang City are being held at an unknown location.

37. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Huang Xiaoying Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Center
Personnel from the Wuhan City National Security Division arrested practitioner Ms. Huang Xiaoying, an employee of the Wuhan City Opera-Dance Theater in early June 2006 and put her into a brainwashing center. Last October, the local police ransacked Ms. Huang’s home and held her for a month.

Practitioner Mr. Lian Hanrong was arrested the morning of June 22, 2006. He is presently being held at the Chaoyang City Detention Center.
39. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Li Xuangang Arrested Again
Practitioner Mr. Li Xuangang from Changsha City was arrested again in June 2006. Mr. Li had previously been held in the Chishan Prison and was persecuted there for four years, from 2000 to 2004. He was also put into the Laodaohe Brainwashing Center in 2005.
40. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] The 610 Office Has Persecuted Several Practitioners in a Brainwashing Center
Several practitioners are being held at the brainwashing center run by the 610 Office in Langfang City, Hebei Province. Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Xinying, an instructor from the Hebei Province Industrial University at Langfang City, has been held for over forty days. Her sister-in-law, Ms. Liu Hehua, is being held as well. A few days ago Ms. Zhang Cairong, another teacher from the university, was also put into the brainwashing center.
41. [Wendeng City, Shandong Province] Xu Yingguang and Other Practitioners Arrested
Three women practitioners and one male practitioner including Xu Yingguang from Wendeng City were arrested on June 23, 2006. They are currently being held at the Wendeng City Detention Center.
42. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Xu Zilan Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Xu Zilan, 72 years old, is a retired official from the Zhujiang Brewery in Guangzhou City. She was arrested on June 13, 2006. The arrest took place when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials around the Chigang area in the Zhuhai District. The authorities detained Ms. Xu in the Yuexiu District.
43. [Laiyang City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Zhao Hui Disappears
Practitioner Ms. Zhao Hui clarified the truth to her student in class but was reported. Personnel from the Laiyang City 610 Office colluded with officers from the Laiyang City Education Bureau and went to Ms. Zhao’s school to extort money. Zhao Hui disappeared on June 22, 2006.
44. [Chongqing] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Daju Arrested in 2003
Personnel from the Wanzhou District Wuqiao Police Department arrested practitioner Ms. Zhang Daju in 2003. Three years have passed and there is no information about her.
45. [Dachang County, Hebei Province] List of Names of Practitioners Illegally Sentenced to Forced Labor
(When practitioners from Dachang County went to Xianghe County to clarify the truth they were arrested. Four were sentenced to lengthy prison terms. Eleven were sent to a forced labor camp. Fourteen were put into a brainwashing center).
The practitioners sentenced to prison are:
Ms. Liu Shuying, 43 years old, from Xima Village, Dachang Town, sentenced to 12 years. She is currently being held at the Shijiazhuang City Prison.
Mr. Li Dejun, 44 years old, Liu Shuying's husband, was sentenced to nine years.
Mr. Gao Tiansong, 44 years old, from Taipingzhuang Village, Chenfu Township, Dachang County was sentenced to 11 years.
Mr. Yang Jinlong, 37 years old, from Taipingzhuang Village, Chenfu Township, Dachang County, was sentenced to two years.

Mr. Yu Jinyin, 50 years old, from Majiamiao Village; sentenced to one year and three months of forced labor at the Special Administration Team in the Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp.
Mr. Yang Shoubin, 59 years old, from Majiamiao Village; two years at the Special Administration Team in Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp.
Ms. Jia Cuirong, 43 years old, from Lanzhuanghu Village; two years at the Tangshan City Forced Labor Camp.
Ms. Gao Shuling, in her 50s, from Taipingzhuang Village; one year at the Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp.
Ms. Sui Jingrong, in her 40s, from Taipingzhuang Village; two years at the Tangshan City Forced Labor Camp.
Ms. Chen Delan, 54 years old, from Chenfu Village; two years at the Tangshan City Forced Labor Camp.
Ms. Yang Shufang, 55 years old, from Chenfu Village, two years at the Tangshan City Forced Labor Cmap.
Ms. Zhang Zhenmin, 62 years old, from Houdian Village, two years at the Tangshan City Forced Labor Cmap.

Mr. Zhu Fengcheng, 38 years old, from Xiaodingfu Village, Xiadian Town; two years. His whereabouts are unknown.
Mr. Li Changhong, 43 years old, from Shaofu Village, Shaofu Township; two years of house arrest. The police department agents "fined" him 20,300 yuan and the Shaofu Township persecutors forced him to pay an additional 5,000 yuan.
Fourteen practitioners were sent to a brainwashing class. One of them, Ms. Song Lianfeng, was not formally arrested but was "fined" 30,000 yuan.
46. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Liu Shengping, Xiang Wenying, Zhao Qiang and Wu Wenzhi Arrested
Practitioners Mr. Liu Shengping, Ms. Xiang Wenying, Mr. Zhao Qiang and Mr. Wu Wenzhi and his wife, are all from Shidong Town, the Anju District, Suining City, Sichuan Province. The five practitioners were arrested at 10:00 a.m. on June 19, 2006. After two days of brutal torture, Liu Shengping and Xiang Wenying were forced pay 6,000 yuan and were then released. Liu Shangping was black and blue all over. Wu Wenzhi's wife was released after being fined.
47. [Chongqing] Practitioners Fu Shengming and Zhang Fangxiu Arrested
Practitioners Mr. Fu Shengming and Ms. Zhang Fangxiu from Rongchang County, Chongqing City were arrested on June 16, 2006 when they were distributing truth-clarifying materials. Currently, they are being held at the Rongchang County Detention Center.
So far in 2006, the Rongchang County police have arrested four practitioners. Ms. Liu Chaoxiu has been arrested several times and was sentenced to two years of forced labor this year.
