(Clearwisdom.net) It has been many years since practitioners established a Falun Gong exercise group in Bochumer. Practitioners meet every Sunday at 10 a.m. in Bochumer public park to do the exercises.

Practitioners from Dortmund, Oberhausen and Gelsenkirchen came together one day to help with a visit from staff of the Society of Threatened Peoples (www.gfbv.de, http://www.gfbv.ch/home/english.html). Klaus Deuchert, a thirty year member of this human rights organization and Christian group, said that they had made inquiries since July 30, 2006, about the horrible human rights situation in China, where Falun Gong has been banned since 1999.

A Chinese lady who had suffered sixteen months in a Chinese labor camp because she was found carrying Falun Gong informational materials was in attendance. Society members also heard the latest eye-witness information of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
