Former Traffic Police Chief in Jilin Province Persecuted for Advising People to Quit the CCP

Jan. 17, 2007 |   By a Dafa practitioner in Jilin Province

(Clearwisdom.net) On November 25, 2006, Shao Ligui, Zhang Chuanzhu and Wang Yuzhen (Dafa practitioners from Fusong County, Jilin Province), remaining steadfast with their belief in "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance," exposed the lies spread by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), clarified the truth about Falun Gong, and asked people to quit the CCP at Jinshan Forestry Farm of Linjiang Forestry Public Security Bureau. They were, however, reported on by Hu Laidong and arrested by several policemen from both Lijiang Forestry Public Security Bureau and Jinshan Forestry Local Police Station. They are currently detained at the Linjiang Forestry Bureau Detention Center.

It is said that this event shocked the Jilin Provincial Government, the CCP Central Committee, and the State Council. The CCP saw it as an important political incident. The CCP Commission for Disciplinary Inspection appointed some special personnel to go to Fusong to investigate the matter.

So why did the CCP pay so much attention to what may seem like a small matter? It is because the magnificent trend of quitting the CCP has shown the CCP the arrival of its collapse.

Shao Ligui is a former chief of police from the Fusong County Traffic Police Division. In his work, he strictly required himself to follow "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance." He never took any bribes, was very responsible, and treated people with kindness. He was a really good policeman. Being the chief of police, he helped people quit the CCP.

The CCP has started to persecute Shao's family members. As a result, Shao Ligui's married daughter was expelled from the police department where she had been working. His son was a junior in a police academy, but he was pressured into leaving the school. In addition, the CCP demanded the Fusong County government to do a "self-check." The Police Department, Water and Electricity Bureau, etc. also had to perform "self-checks." The bonus pay for the entire police department was canceled. All of the salary increase applications were also stopped. All of the associated organizations were asked to pay attention to so-called "protection and control."

The CCP regime confiscated Shao's family property. In addition, it has been "ordered" that Shao is to be sentenced to a jail term. Currently, Shao is being treated as a "model" and is suffering from persecution. His wife has been forced to leave home and become destitute. The Baishan City 610 Office and the Baishan City Police Department are directly involved in the persecution. They are planning to carry out a campaign to "criticize and arrest" practitioners.
