(Clearwisdom.net) On December 28, 2007, the second show of NTDTV's Holiday Wonders in Fort Lauderdale, Florida concluded. The audience watched the show attentively and enjoyed the wonderful performances by the touring company of Divine Performing Arts.
Yasmine of Trinidad and Tobago (a small island of the Caribbean) remarked that throughout the whole performance, she felt soothed and relaxed, and as if she had entered into a new world. The performers, she said, seemed to have glided across the stage. "At first, I thought they were on skates!"
Another audience member, Deborah McDude, reflected that the performance was "enlightening." She commented that even thought she didn't understand the Chinese lyrics of the songs, "The music was enough." When asked what she will tell a friend about the show, Deborah thought for a moment and replied, "Don't miss it!"
Sheila Scott of Minneapolis and her daughter Joyce Scott of Miami, and Vikki Ho-Shing and her daughter Mei-Ling Ho-Shing came to the show.
Joyce Scott said, "My favorite were the warriors (Yue Fei). I was mesmerized by the martial arts."
Sheila Scott of Miami, "I liked the dance with the long sleeves most. Graceful, beautiful and colorful."
Vikki Ho-Shing said, "I liked the bowl dance. It was amazing that with bowls on their heads they could still dance."
Mei-Ling Ho-Shing, a little girl about 6 years old, said, "I liked the warrior dance, every movement of them. They look so brave."
