At a rally held before the parade started, a representative from the Hong Kong Service Center for Quitting the CCP pointed out that people from all circles in mainland China have withdrawn from the CCP and its affiliated organizations, and it is a sign of the fall of the CCP.

Great-nephew of Mr. Sun Yat-sen and democracy activist Sun Bin said that the disintegration of the CCP is Heaven’s will, and nobody can stop it. The CCP is at its wits' end and can only deceive people. He said that many of his friends in mainland China have asked him to help them by giving the a copy of the Nine Commentaries. The CCP is terrified of the book and actively searches for it.

Former General Secretary of Shanxi Province's Association of Science and Technology Experts Jia Jia also made a recorded speech, calling on Hong Kong's people not to be deceived by the CCP’s lie of "One Country, Two Systems."

The parade procession set off at Victoria Park. The participants held up a variety of banners and signs, protesting the CCP's crimes and calling on people from Mainland China to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. The Taiwan Divine Land Marching Band made its first appearance in Hong Kong after its debut in Kowloon Island.

An older man came up to show his support to the parade. He said that he had been persecuted by the CCP for decades and expressed his wish for the success of those have quit the CCP.

Two hours after it started, the parade procession arrived at the Chinese Liaison Office in Hong Kong. A representative of the Hong Kong Service Center for Quitting the CCP read a statement aloud at the front gate of the office. The statement once again pointed out that quitting the CCP is a way for people to escape being lumped together with the CCP's crimes when the CCP collapses and the best way for the Chinese people to peacefully transition to a society without the CCP.
