(Clearwisdom.net) I’m a Falun Dafa practitioner, a woman from the rural area in Huaiyang City, Henan Province. Recently I studied Master’s lectures, "For the Good of the World" and "Opening the Gate of the World." I felt that time is pressing and also understood a Dafa practitioner's huge responsibility to rescue sentient beings. During this last critical Fa-rectification period, we should be even more diligent to do the three things well so we won’t let Master down and disappoint sentient beings’ hopes and expectations. I would like to share my truth-clarification experiences of working with my sister during the past year and our efforts in exhorting people to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). We did this so we might better fulfill our great vow of assisting Master in Fa-rectification and offering salvation to sentient beings.

Since July 20, 1999, Dafa practitioners in Huaiyang have experienced brutal persecution. Practitioners in our and neighboring villages were searched, arrested, fined, sent to forced labor camps or sentenced to prison. Although my sister and I knew Dafa practitioners were supposed to clarify the truth, we experienced fear and we were afraid of stepping out to expose the evil and validate Dafa. Later on, through participation in Fa study groups, sharing experiences with other practitioners and studying Master’s new lectures, we realized that clarifying the truth and exhorting people to quit the CCP is our historic responsibility. It’s also a process for us to cultivate ourselves and eliminate attachments. It’s a necessary path, on which to cultivate solidly and walk toward consummation.

We started clarifying the truth and exhorting people to quit the CCP in July of 2005. It’s always difficult at the beginning. I was nervous the first day when clarifying the truth. I tried to silently recite Master’s lecture, "What’s There to Fear" to calm myself. I saw an elderly man working in the field and went to chat with him and helped him work. Then I started telling him about the facts of the CCP and why it is so important to renounce it. He immediately agreed to withdraw from the CCP.

I was encouraged by the successful first-time experience. I tried to use the same approach twice more. It worked. But I felt that the progress was too slow. I couldn’t catch up with the pace of the Fa-rectification this way. So I discussed this with my sister and we decided to go out two days a week to clarify the truth and exhort people to quit the CCP. For the other five days we study the Fa, practice the exercises, send forth righteous thoughts and do our chores at home, so we can do the three things well.

In terms of truth-clarifying techniques, we decided to use the face-to-face approach first and then hand people the truth-clarification materials. In terms of the areas we covered, we would start with our own village and go to the neighboring villages one by one, to expand to other areas between 5 to 10 kilometers to 15 to 20 kilometers away. Now we have reached out to villages 25 to 30 kilometers away from us. Along the boundary of three townships we have covered many villages in all three townships. The number of people we had persuaded to quit the CCP went from eight to ten people per day to between 20 and 30 people. Now it’s up to 80 and 90 people. Sometimes, there were 100 people each day who wanted to quit the CCP.

Looking back at the path we have traveled, we were able to walk more and more steadily and maturely, even with all the difficulties. After a year of clarifying the truth and exhorting people to quit the CCP, we have abandoned the attachment to fear and the attachment to self. The more we do, the better we become.

1. Compassionately Offering Sentient Beings Salvation

One needs to have great patience and strong dignity when clarifying the truth. We should not easily give up, because this is our great responsibility. Saving sentient beings is the most important thing to do.

Once, when my sister and I went to a village to clarify the truth, we met an elderly man and two young ladies. We started telling them the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong and asked them to withdraw from the CCP, the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers, so ensure their safety. For about an hour the elderly man never said anything. My sister became anxious and said, "Let’s go. We can’t delay saving others. They might be the kind that are no longer savable." I didn’t want to give up and felt that they were clinging to a sinking boat. If I don’t wake them up, they might be losing the opportunity forever. I made up my mind to continue to persuade them. But the man still didn’t want to respond. I almost cried. My sister kept urging me to leave. I looked at them as I was walking away. After several steps, I went back and shouted, "Uncle, please quit the CCP! You would be safe if you quit it. I’m truly thinking of you!" Right then he suddenly slapped his thigh and said: "Okay! I will quit!" The two young ladies agreed to quit as well after that. I felt so relieved. I also realized that one's sincere mindset would be able to overcome challenges.

I have a friend who was a Christian. She used to be a member in the Youth League and the Young Pioneers. After I started persuading people to quit the CCP, I went to visit her 15 to 16 times to clarify the truth and ask her to quit the Youth League and the Young Pioneers. Every time I talked to her she always covered her ears and said, "Don’t say it again. I’m leaving if you keep talking!" Once during a holiday I took some meat with me to visit her and hoped to be able to move her. She was mad at me and almost kicked me out of her house. I talked about this with other practitioners and said she was the kind that was not savable. In early July 2006 she came to my house to say goodbye before she left for a job in another city. I looked at her and thought, "Fa-rectification is at such a fast pace now; the CCP will be dissolved soon. She is leaving for a job for at least several months. If within these months the CCP dissolved and she didn’t get to quit, wouldn’t she be destroyed? What do I do? I have to rescue her." I said to her one more time, "Please, quit the Youth League and the Young Pioneers to ensure safety while you are away." This time, just like Master said,

She didn’t hesitate and smiled, "I will listen to you this time. I will quit." I realized that Master had arranged for her to visit me and have me rescue her.

In February of 2006 I rode my bike to two villages to clarify the truth. By around 1:00 p.m. I had been able to persuade only one person, not even a local resident, to quit the Youth League. I was thirsty and tired. I was thinking that the minds of people from these two villages were poisoned too deeply by the evil CCP. I thought that it was too hard to save them. After I left the village I sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil interference. I looked inward to find my own issues, too. I found my own state unstable, and my xinxing was not at the right level. After I identified the problem areas, I made some adjustments. I felt the compassion and the responsibility I had for rescuing sentient beings. I forgot about the tiredness.

My heart became so pure that I was only thinking about rescuing the people. I met an elderly man and asked if he was a member of the CCP or the Youth League. He said he was a Party member. I said, "Uncle, Heaven will soon eliminate the CCP. Please quit the CCP now to ensure your future safety." He said, "OK, OK. I will quit. I will quit!" I then gave him the truth-clarification materials and asked him to read them carefully. That afternoon I went to three more villages where 49 people withdrew from the CCP. The moment I said withdrawing from the CCP could ensure safety, everybody agreed to quit it. This made me all the more realize the true meaning of

My sister and I never pass up any opportunity to clarify the truth to people we meet. Once, on our way to clarify the truth we walked with a group of elementary school students. I told them about the popular book, Jiuping [the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party]. It says that the gods will eliminate the evil CCP soon. The CCP is reflected as a red evil dragon with seven heads and ten horns. In the human world, it advocates the color red, such as a red flag, a red badge, red sleeve emblem, five red stars, red cravat, etc. The CCP has done many bad things in its history. Now the gods will eliminate it. People who are members of the CCP, the Youth League and the Young Pioneers will all have to withdraw from the Party and its associated organizations. Whoever quits, the gods will protect, and they will have bright futures. If they don’t quit they would be eliminated, along with the CCP. We asked them if they would like to quit. They all agreed. All of the students withdrew from the Young Pioneers. They all went in to the school happily. A girl came back and asked me, "Aunt, are you gods?" I smiled, "We are Dafa practitioners who are walking on the path toward godhood."

2. Clarifying the Truth with Dignity

Below are five additional truth-clarifying stories about our experiences of exhorting people to withdraw from the CCP

My sister and I went to a village. There were many people in the street. I thought that these are all predestined people waiting to learn the truth. While chatting with them I spoke of the truth of the self-immolation incident at Tiananmen Square and other incidents. One man shouted, "Don’t listen to her. What she said is not true. Falun Gong did the self-immolation. They kill their own parents, too!" This man yelled fiercely and was interrupting my truth-clarification.

I sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil behind this person. Then I pointed at him and said to him, solemnly and with compassion, "You should know that Falun Dafa is the Fa that created the new universe. When we are entering this new universe, there is a clear standard - whoever believes in Dafa will stay. Whoever is against Dafa will be eliminated!" He stopped talking after he heard my comments. I then talked about Dafa’s wide dissemination to over eighty countries and areas around the world, and the international community condemning the CCP's ruthless persecution of Falun Gong; and Jiang Zemin being sued in the courts of more than ten countries. People in the village listened attentively. I realized that Master and Dafa had given me the wisdom and power to dissolve the evil factors and save the predestined people so they could have a bright future.

One day in December of 2005 I took some truth-clarification materials and went to a village. All of a sudden a strong man appeared in front of me. He held onto my bike and took the materials from me and said, "Where did you get these things? Are you a Falun Gong practitioner? I will arrest you!" I was calm and unafraid of anything. I stared at him and sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil and dark minions behind him. Immediately he changed his attitude, "I was teasing you. Can I have some flyers to read? I will let others know too!" I gave him two flyers. He left. I realized that this life came for the Fa as well. He found his opportunity to learn the truth.

One afternoon while we were clarifying the truth a young man said to us angrily, "Falun Gong said they are not against the CCP. Why are you trying to get people to quit the CCP? If you continue to talk like this, I am going to call the police to arrest you!" I said, "I am not afraid of the police. Evil will receive retribution; good deeds will be rewarded. It is the universal law. The CCP has done too many terrible things. Heaven will eliminate it soon. If you quit, your safety will be assured. This is doing a good thing for people in the village. I am not asking for anything. I am just passing on this precious message. Why are you asking the police to arrest me? Is it wrong for me to lead you to safety? Don’t you want to live safely and happily? Is it not good for people to live disaster-free?" He didn’t know how to respond and felt ashamed. I kept on exhorting people to withdraw from the CCP.

One day in December of 2005 my sister and I were passing a school at dismissal time. We told the students, "Heaven will eliminate the CCP soon. If you quit the Young Pioneers, you will be safe." Just then a teacher came to us and asked, "What are you doing?" We responded, "Rescuing people!" He saw that we were asking students to quit the Young Pioneers, so he asked us to leave. We continued to tell to the students, "Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance is good!" He then used his cell phone to call the police precinct and said, "There are two Falun Gong practitioners here!" I was calm and unafraid. I gave him a copy of the Nine Commentaries and said to him, "Please, read it carefully. It is good for you." We then left for a village. That day we went to five villages and more than 60 people withdrew from the CCP.

Another day my sister and I went out to clarify the truth and met three elderly men chatting on a bridge. My sister talked to two of them about quitting the CCP. When they heard that heaven would soon eliminate the CCP and they could be safe quitting the CCP they agreed to quit.

The one I was talking to said, "I was the village secretary for several dozen years. What makes you think I don't know whether the CCP is good or bad? Now the economy is developing and we have money on our hands and are getting richer and richer. Our life is getting better. I have six sons. My eight grandchildren are college students. You are asking me to quit the CCP. There is no way!" He refused to quit, no matter how hard I persuaded. My sister said, "Your generation understands the many movements the CCP has organized in its history, such as the movement against the right wing, the Cultural Revolution, the Tiananmen Massacre and persecution of Falun Gong, and others. They are so brutal and flagrant. Now that the gods will eliminate this evil specter, whoever can separate from it will be able to live happily and safely. If one doesn’t withdraw from it, one will be destroyed, along with the CCP!" He said, "Even if I have to die now, I am not quitting the CCP." I said, "No matter how much money you have or how many college students you have in your family, if you don’t quit the CCP, when disaster comes, you won't have anywhere to hide. Asking you to quit the CCP is as if we are offering you free insurance so you could be safe when disaster comes." He said, "I’m not quitting, no matter what. You can’t do anything to me!"

My sister and I sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil communist specter behind him. He appeared to be uneasy and wanted to leave. We sent forth stronger righteous thoughts toward his back. He returned after walking away. His attitude had changed completely this time and said to us sincerely, "Tell me, how do I quit?" I said, "If you want to quit, the gods will know and will protect you. You can use your real name or an alias to declare you are quitting the CCP on www.epochtimes.com. Without any risks, in return you would be assured safety and free insurance." He answered, "Sure. I will quit. Please, help me with an alias and declare it for me on the Internet." Another life was rescued. My sister and I were so happy for him.

I not only clarified the truth myself, but also helped practitioners who were afraid of doing so, or didn’t know how to do it.

One day I took another practitioner with me to several villages to clarify the truth. I felt that this experience was the most effective and righteous one. I never had any mixed thoughts during the whole process. I was only thinking about rescuing people. After we entered the village we met a young girl. We asked her if she was a member of the Young Pioneers. She said yes. I said, "The CCP will be eliminated soon. Unless they quit, every member of the Young Pioneers or the Youth League or the CCP will be unable to avoid a disaster." She agreed to quit without asking any questions. I then gave her a truth-clarification handout. That day, we were able to persuade more than 40 people to quit.

After we had sent forth righteous thoughts at 12:00 noon and had our lunch, we went to several other villages. It was like it had been arranged ahead of time. The people we met were mostly members of the CCP and its affiliated organizations. All agreed to quit the moment we talked to them. The more people we talked to, the more we wanted to rescue them. After sending forth righteous thoughts at 6:00 p.m, we counted that we had persuaded 90 people to withdraw from the CCP. Later on, after we had studied Master’s lecture, "Teaching the Fa at the Fa Conference at the U.S. Capital," we realized that Master’s Law Bodies, the righteous gods and Dafa have formed an immense field in the world to bring predestined and savable people to Dafa practitioners, to provide them an opportunity to learn the truth.

3. Using our Wisdom to Exhort People to Quit the CCP

I will present three examples of using our wisdom to urge people to quit the CCP.

Once I asked an elderly man, "Uncle, are you a CCP member?" He said, "I was once a member of the Youth League and the Young Pioneers." I asked him to quit. He then changed his story saying, "I wasn’t a member of the Youth League, nor was I a member of the Young Pioneers." I thought, "What do I do?" I saw that he was close to my father's age. I then said, "Uncle, please don’t lie to me. When you and my father were at school, both of you were members of the Youth League and the Young Pioneers." He thought I knew him and no longer denied it. I then said, "Dafa only looks at what you have in your heart/mind. If you don’t admit you are a member of the CCP, and want to quit from your heart, nobody else needs to know. Only the gods would know. When a disaster comes, you would be safe. What are you afraid of?" After I had said this, he agreed to quit.

One day in July of 2006 my sister and I walked by a school at starting time. My sister stood by the gate to ask students to quit the Young Pioneers and distributed Dafa information. I went into the school to clarify the truth to the teachers. I met a teacher by the gate. I asked him, "Which class are you teaching?" He said, "I teach two classes." I asked if he was a member of the CCP. He said yes. I said, "Please, quit the CCP. The heavens will soon eliminate the CCP. If you quit, you will avoid a disaster and will be safe." He said, "It’s a good thing. I will quit! You can go inside the school and check it out." I went in and asked a student, "Where is your teacher?" She pointed to a person and said, "That is our principal."

I went before the principal and asked, "Are you the principal?" He said yes. I said, "The CCP did many bad things and will be eliminated soon. The gods and Buddha have great mercy towards sentient beings. They want to save clear-minded people. Would you like to quit the CCP to ensure your safety?" He said, "Since quitting can assure safety, please help me quit." Two more teachers withdrew from the Youth League and the Young Pioneers after I talked to them.

Just then it was time for class. I told the principal, "You are the principal. You have great impact on the fate of all teachers and students at this school. The students are all members in the Young Pioneers. There are still many students who haven’t quit. Can you please ask them to quit, so these lovely lives don’t get destroyed along with the CCP?" The principal sincerely answered, "Will do."

We then left the school for a village. While we were clarifying the truth to some freeway workers, I saw six luxury cars parked along the freeway. I thought that this was an opportunity. These are all predestined people. I need to rescue them. My sister and I went over there to ask them to quit the CCP. They all listened carefully and were friendly. After we were done talking they all agreed to quit, without hesitation. They were all CCP members.

One of them looked like a "boss." He was afraid of others knowing about him quitting the CCP. He got out of the car and went to a secluded place with nobody around. We followed him and continued to persuade him. He worried that if somebody knew he quit the CCP, it would get him in trouble. I said, "If you don’t quit, you would be eliminated when the day comes. You would be in great trouble. Dafa only looks at people’s hearts/minds. You can just let us know if you would like to quit. We don’t know your real name and we wouldn’t tell anybody else. You wouldn’t tell anybody, either. This is a good thing. What are you afraid of?" He finally made up his mind and said, "Fine. I will quit." That day, my sister and I had successfully convinced 110 people to quit the CCP. It was our record.

We gained experience as well as learned lessons during the past year while clarifying the truth and exhorting people to quit the CCP. My sister and I clearly understand that this is one way of repaying Master for his compassion when we go through the process of clarifying the truth, exhorting people to withdraw from the CCP and rescuing sentient beings. It is also a process of eliminating attachments, raising our realms and establishing mighty powers.

Now that the Fa-rectification of the whole universe is reaching the end, time is pressing. The requirements for Dafa practitioners are higher and stricter. All the world's Dafa practitioners are one body. Let us cooperate as one body, harmonize one another, eliminate the evil and rescue sentient beings on the Fa-rectification path that Master has arranged for us, so we can all welcome the moment when the Fa rectifies the human world!
