People can see service center volunteers everywhere in southeast Asia, such as in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. You can see them at tourist spots, busy streets, palaces and side roads. They use banners, picture displays, and mini exhibits to get the message across. They have handed out countless truth-clarifying materials such as the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. They are exposing the persecution and saving people.

Wherever the volunteers go, there are opportunities for people from China to have a chance to withdraw. With their sincere advice and kind warnings, one after another, sentient beings are able to see through the lies, withdraw from the evil party, and choose a bright future for themselves. Sometimes an entire group of passersby or a bus load of people choose to withdraw from the CCP at once. Often the tourists are extremely grateful to the volunteers. They call the volunteers extraordinary and truly wonderful!" Some people give the "thumbs up" from inside the bus to show their respect.

One tourist told a Falun Gong practitioner, "I withdrew from the party when I was in China. Where is your teacher?" The practitioner replied, "Our teacher is saving people. He is in America saving all kind-hearted people!" "Please send my greetings to your teacher when you see him!" said the tourist. On his way back, the tourist again told the volunteer, "please send my greetings to your teacher!" When he saw another tourist who did not want to accept the truth-clarifying material, he said to the practitioner, "Give me those, let me give them to him..."

There is one tourist spot where many groups stop by each day. At first, the volunteers could only get a dozen people to withdraw from the CCP in a day. They continuously sought improvement on this by summarizing the issues, increasing Fa study, and exchanging understandings as a group or one on one. Everyone continually rectified their minds and actions so as to improve the way they approach different sorts of people. The numbers of people withdrawing from the CCP increased from a dozen a day to a few dozen, to over a hundred people. Sometimes, several hundred people withdraw from the CCP in one day. The volunteers said, "We do not dare to relax. The closer to the end of Fa-rectification, the heavier we feel our missions are. When we see the last bus with tourists leave every day, our hearts have mixed feelings of happiness and sadness."

There is a practitioner who went to a tourist site for the first time to join the effort of advising Chinese tourists to withdraw from the CCP. She cried three times in one morning. She improved her understanding of the seriousness of withdrawing from the CCP - about how it is a matter of life and death for people - but her heart was affected by sentimentality and she was not able to get a single person to withdraw. There were also some other practitioners who eagerly wanted to advise people to withdraw and even started to argue with tourists, saying things that were inappropriate. Sometimes it is hard to keep one's heart calm when faced with scolding and curses. Through studying the Fa and exchanging understandings, everyone looked within and learned from each other. They realized that when ones heart is moved, one becomes sentimental. Once a person is moved by sentimentality, it is easy to lose the peaceful mind set and become argumentative. As a result, clarifying the truth will result in discussions and arguing, even slandering. Not only did that person not get saved, others around him/her also got a negative impression. When everyone agreed on this, practitioners were able to remain calm and not get moved by human sentiment. No matter what kind of person or situation they faced, they treated people kindly. In this way our results got better and better.

For example, a practitioner said to a tourist in a parking lot, "Sir, please read the truth clarification material and withdraw from the CCP to ensure your safety!" The tourist said, "I'm not withdrawing, I'm not withdrawing!" He turned and left. After a while, when the practitioner saw this tourist again, he walked up to him and said, "Sir, gods will destroy the CCP, you will save yourself by withdrawing from it. I could help you..." "I'm not withdrawing!" The tourist waved his hand impatiently and walked away. Sometime later, the practitioner saw the tourist for the third time, he persisted, "Sir, take a look at the "Nine Commentaries" and see how 80 million people were killed by the Communist party! By withdrawing from it, you won't be implicated when the gods destroy the CCP." The tourist still refused. When the practitioner saw him the fourth time, he was about to leave. The practitioner said: "Sir, I give you another chance..." The tourist stared at the person who had bothered him four times, but he saw a pair of merciful eyes full of sincere hope. He was deeply touched. "I'm withdrawing, withdrawing, withdrawing!" he said repeatedly. The practitioner happily watched him get on the bus.

Another tourist who had read the truth clarification material was deeply moved, though he could not decide whether to withdraw from the CCP in the short period of time before he had to get back on the bus. His state of mind was very fragile, one wrong word might have pushed him away. At these moments, practitioners need to carefully observe the person, understand the person's mind set, and speak appropriately and with sincerity. For example, a practitioner was clarifying the truth to a group of tourists who all worked in the same company. Nobody wanted to withdraw. One person pointed to another and told the practitioner: "He is our boss. Why don't you talk to him." When the practitioner tried to clarify the truth to that person, he waved his hand and wanted to get away from the practitioner and said, "Go away." He did not listen to one word from the practitioner. However, when a big bus drove by, that boss gave the practitioner a hint. The practitioner took this opportunity and said, "Sir, thank you. You are very kind. ..." After that one could see a gentleness in this boss's eyes. When the practitioner clarified the truth to him again, he just listened quietly. The practitioner said, "Withdrawing from the CCP can avert disasters and tribulations. It also shows a person's righteousness and sense of justice. That is a true blessing ..." Another person said with a smile, "looks like you have to withdraw now." The practitioner told him, "Once you withdraw, others will follow. You would have helped all of them. This will bring you boundless beneficence. ..." After that, the boss withdrew and his employees followed.

One time, a tourist said, "How can I go back if I withdraw from the CCP. I won't have a job!" I said: "You go back naturally. When a person breaks away from the evil party with righteousness, gods will help! Not mentioning that it is the law of heaven that good will be rewarded with good, and evil will meet tribulations! You go back with righteousness!" said the practitioner. "Alright! I withdraw!" said the tourist.

In a group of tourists, a sixty-year-old man told a Falun Gong volunteer, "You are selling out China! Don't you see how good China is today!" The volunteer replied, "Mister, you are being deceived by the CCP. The communist party killed students during the Tiananmen massacre and they harvest organs from live Falun Gong practitioners. Take a look at the pictures. I believe you do not approve of the CCP. The CCP has killed 80 million people through its various campaigns. Its life has come to an end. The gods and heaven will destroy it. You will save yourself by withdrawing from the CCP. When the time comes, you won't be implicated and lose your life..." But the old man still refused to withdraw. At this time, a young man walk up and patted him lightly on the shoulder, "Withdraw!" The practitioner said to the old man, "You are so lucky to have a son like this!" Upon hearing that, the old man's eyes lit up and he was very happy. He seemed to say, how did you know he is my son? The young man said, "I am lucky to have him as my father." The father smiled happily. The practitioner said to the young man in a heartfelt manner, "I am lucky to have met you today." The three laughed together. Then the old man withdrew from the CCP immediately, along with his son. People who were surrounding them were moved as well and they also withdrew one after another.

One time, a volunteer was clarifying the truth to a group of people. After a while, it seemed that it had no effect, because everyone's face was expressionless. They neither said "yes" nor "no." Judging by their clothing, they looked like wealthy farmers and cadres from small businesses in rural areas. The volunteer then changed the subject: "Take the example of the CCP policies for farmers, they are simply based on discrimination and plundering. Generations of farmers live on the land. A son of a farmer must be a farmer. They use residential registrations to keep farmers on farms, and they created an unbreakable wall between cities and rural areas. However, education and medical services are not even at the most basic standards in many places. People who live in rural areas, live and die on their own. They are the most pitiful group of people in China, but their contribution to the country is the largest." Upon hearing that, the group of people no longer had indifferent looks in their eyes. They nodded their heads in agreement. Before they got on the bus, they all nodded in agreement to withdraw from the CCP.

When meeting government officials or intellectuals, practitioners would talk about Falun Gong and how the CCP had persecuted people during all its campaigns in history, emphasizing points about the corruption of high level officials and the degeneration of morals. When meeting factory workers or people from businesses, practitioners would talk about job loss, the corruption in medical care, difficulties in paying high tuition, shortage of living space and difficulties in paying for housing, etc. Practitioners always tried to focus on individual situations, avoiding generality.

Sometimes, some tourists are strongly against the CCP, but they don't understand Falun Gong. Practitioners then focused on the facts of Dafa. Those who understood withdrew, and those who still had old notions did not. For these people, practitioners told them that if they decide to withdraw after they get back to China, they could still write a note with a pseudo name on it and put the note in a public area, then they could try to withdraw on the Internet. For those who had withdrawn, practitioners told them, "You are being saved; don't forget your families and friends."

The tour guides control the tour group. Their orders and rules are closely followed. Thus, practitioners pay close attention when clarifying the truth to tour guides, and also utilize their change of heart to influence others. Whenever a practitioner sees a tour guide, they say, "Hello, I wish your business prosperity and good luck." And the tour guide often says something like, "Keep it up, Falun Gong!" The tour guides who had never met practitioners before were often surprised, "How do you know I am the tour guide?" "We are cultivators, we have supernatural powers," the practitioner may reply with a smile, using this as a starting point to clarify the truth.

Most tour guides are Chinese. Some are related to military leaders of a Nationalist Party in Taiwan or have some sort of history with the Nationalist Party. Practitioners talk to them about how the CCP persecutes Falun Gong and how the CCP claimed success for the coalition victory of the Anti-Japanese War during WWII, when in fact there were over two hundred high level Nationalist Party military leaders who died in battles during WWII, and the CCP only had one or two military leaders die in battle. During the battle, the CCP totally shirked responsibility, leaving the work to the Nationalist Party. Further, the CCP reversed history and told the Chinese people that the Nationalist Party did not even participate in the Anti-Japanese War. Upon hearing the facts, some tour guides immediately agree to what practitioners are doing and even help them. They tell the tourists: "Read the Nine Commentaries and withdraw from the CCP - everyone withdraw from the CCP!" or "Withdraw from the CCP to ensure your safety. Falun Gong practitioners are amazing, thank you!" This kind of atmosphere is very subtle. When "withdrawing from the CCP" becomes a public call, the fear and caution of the tourists is released, and it becomes easier to clarify the truth to them. In this environmnet tourists withdraw naturally from the CCP. Of course, there are tour guides who are not so nice, but practitioners are able to treat them with compassion and respect. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, practitioners will clarify the truth to them in an effort to save them.

During all these actions, practitioners also pay attention and harmonize the environment. They treat nearby small business owners, security guards, and police politely and in a friendly manner. They help the police and security guards to keep order. They help small business owners by introducing tourists to them, and help to keep the surrounding area clean. As a result, the nearby small business owners allow practitioners to have some of their space and the security guards pick up the materials tourists throw away and return them to practitioners.
