(Clearwisdom.net) As the number of Chinese people in mainland China who have resigned from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations exceeded 21 million, on April 28, 2007, people in Florida held a rally with the theme, "Support 21 Million Brave People Resigning from the Wicked CCP" at Miami Beach. They called on the Chinese people to quit the CCP for their own safety. The Berlin Wall has fallen, the Soviet Union has disintegrated, the CCP evil specter has been uprooted-- what are you waiting for?

The rally was held at the juncture between busy Lincoln Road and Washington Avenue in Miami Beach. The fluttering banners bearing messages in both Chinese and English and insightful speeches in both Chinese and English attracted many local people and tourists to stop and watch. Many people asked for materials, inquired about details and expressed their support.

Ms. Regina Finnegan from Naples said that as an American, she was fortunate to practice Falun Dafa, which originated in China. The peacefulness and moral elevation that comes from practicing helped her understand that "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" transcend national boundaries, culture, language and races. However, practitioners of such a miraculous cultivation method that purifies both the body and mind have been subjected to the CCP's brutal persecution, arrest, detention, forced labor, sentence to prison and even tortured to death. The CCP even harvests organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit. All these are sufficient to make Chinese people and the world's people despise it and break away from it. She also talked about an article she read in Washington Post. It tells of a family church pastor in China who was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for distributing The Bible. Therefore, just as revealed in the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, the evil CCP is against humanity, the universe and morality. It does not allow people to have their own thoughts, beliefs and freedom. Quitting the CCP is to set oneself free.

As a member of a generation that grew up with "Star Wars," he talked about his view. He said that films such as "Star Wars" and "The Lord of the Rings" actually reflected one main line for humankind, that is, no matter how powerful the evil looks, the righteousness will ultimately conquer evil. The CCP's genocidal killing of Falun Gong practitioners who believe in "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," is the most evil deed, but he believed that the righteousness will definitely overcome the evil, and this is an eternal and unchangeable truth.

A Western man who is teaching in Beijing said that the CCP is trying to rewrite history. Students at the university where he teaches do not know about the killing that took place at Tiananmen Square in 1989, and know little about the Chinese history.
