(Clearwisdom.net) On July 20, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners rallied outside the Chinese Consulate in Osaka to call for an end to the 8-year long persecution. After the rally, the practitioners marched to raise public awareness of the persecution.

Outside the Consulate, a representative of the practitioners read a statement which reviewed the history of the persecution and urged Chinese consulate officials not to assist the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to persecute Falun Gong and quit the party. The march after the rally attracted the attention of a lot of passersby. Many of them requested truth-clarifying materials and expressed their support for the practitioners.
