(Clearwisdom.net) On the evening of August 26, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioners participated in the parade organized by Jilong City to celebrate the Zhong Yuan Festival. In this parade, the Divine Land Marching Band attracted the attention of tens of thousands of people standing along the road. The spectators clapped and waved to the band. Some of them sang along with the melody. Some people even repeatedly led the spectators to cheer for the practitioners. After seeing the faces of these people and the supporting attitude they expressed, I felt that after this parade, tens of thousands of people will have had the right and positive impression of Dafa.

Along the parade route, many broadcasting stations introduced the teams participating in the parade. All of the stations were supportive of Dafa practitioners. Some asked the audience to applaud for Falun Dafa and some even encouraged people to practice Falun Dafa. One host was touched to see the number of people playing in the Divine Land Marching Band and their good demeanor. The host said, "We've all seen your efforts."

In this parade, our team was placed at the end of the procession. After the event, one city councilor said to practitioners, "It's a pity that your group was placed last in the parade."

During the parade, practitioners' xinxing was also put to the test. When passing the stage, many groups would stop to perform so as to show their respect to the Mayor and other guests. Some groups even jumped the queue. Therefore, the groups that were placed at the back had to wait again and again.

The name of the Divine Land Marching Band rings so true. The marching band looked as though it had come from the Heavens. The uniforms were smooth and flat; the musical instruments were shiny and clean; the steps were in unison. It seemed that anything in the human world could not touch or move them. After the band members had walked for three or four kilometers and stopped during the parade several times, once for as long as half an hour, many practitioners' clothes had already been drenched with sweat, yet none of them changed demeanor at all. The team was still in unison; the sound was still clear and loud; the band was still harmonious and peaceful. Compared to the practitioners participating in the marching band, we who followed the band did not perform so well. Our team was not in unison. Some of us kept looking here and there. When we needed to stop and wait for a little while longer, we would start to fidget and even began to chat with each other.

The next day, a neighbor said to me in a very surprised tone, "How come there are so many people in your Divine Land Marching Band?!" He praised our fellow practitioners' good demeanor and the band's high quality.

Thank you, Divine Land Marching Band. Because of your participation, we saw our shortcomings; because of your participation, the people of Jilong City witnessed and felt the beauty of Falun Dafa. I think that if all practitioners can be as harmonized as this and judge ourselves with a very high standard, the evil will be eliminated. The divine power of the Buddha Fa will manifest itself in this world.
