1. [Xuyong County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Ding Yinglin Arrested
On August 27, 2007, practitioner Mr. Ding Yinglin from Xuyong County, in his 70s, was arrested when clarifying the truth in Huangni Township. He is detained in the Xuyong County Detention Center to this day.

2. [ Panjin City, Liaoning Provence] Practitioner Mr. Liu Guangqing's Life in Danger from Torture in Benxi City Forced Labor Camp
3. [Shanghai City] Mr. Wang Yongbin Arrested Again
Practitioner Mr. Wang Yongbin, in his 50s, lives in the Fengxian District. In 2000, he was arrested and sentenced to two years of forced labor. He was inhumanly tortured in the labor camp and released in 2002.
At 10 p.m. on August 16, 2007, Mr. Wang Yongbin was arrested from his home again. He is detained in the Fengxian District Detention Center.

4. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Yubao Arrested Again
In the middle of August 2007, practitioner Ms. Li Yubao from Hengtai County, Zibo City was arrested. She has been taken to forced labor twice.
5. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Lanying and Ms. Liu Yinghua Arrested
On August 24, 2007, practitioner Ms. Yu Lanying from Fushan District was arrested when clarifying the truth to people. She is now detained in the Fushan District Brainwashing Class.
On August 29, 2007, practitioner Ms. Liu Yinghua, from the salt farm in the Fushan District, was arrested. Her whereabouts are unknown.
6. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Xing Guoli Arrested
On March 15, 2007, several police officers went to practitioner Mr. Xing Guoli's home located in the Fengrun District and stole his computer, MP3 player, other personal belongings, and six thousand yuan cash. Mr. Xing Guoli was forced to leave home to avoid being arrested.
In the middle of the night on August 7, 2007, Mr. Xing was arrested by several police officers from the Fengrun District Department. He is detained in the Fengrun District Detention Center.
7. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhang Yufeng Forced to Leave Home
On August 13, 2007, police from the Huanghua Station and the Aimin District Department arrived at practitioner Ms. Zhang Yufeng's home and tried to arrest her. She was forced to leave home to avoid such an unreasonable arrest. Ms. Zhang is in her 50s, and she was taken to forced labor two years before.
8. [Yongning County, Qinghai Province] State Security Establish Archive of Practitioners
On August 31, 2007, police from the Yongning County Station, the Justice Bureau, and the Neighborhood Administration visited each Falun Dafa practitioner in the county, forced them sign their names on an agreement to be brainwashed or "educated," and established an archive of these practitioners.
9. [Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wu and Ms. Sun Arrested
On July 29, 2007, practitioners Ms. Wu and Ms. Sun (both given names unknown) were arrested and detained in the Kuandian County Detention Center in Dandong City, Liaoning Province.
10. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Ding Arrested
At noon on August 31, 2007, practitioner Ms. Ding (given name unknown) from Baoding City was arrested from her home. Police took away her computer, printer, and truth clarifying materials. Her whereabouts are unknown.
11. [Shahe City, Hebei Province] Ms. Du Jimei and Ms. Sun Xin'ai Arrested
In August 2007, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Du Jimei and Ms. Sun Xin'ai were arrested when clarifying the truth. They are both detained in the Shahe City Detention Center.

12. [Anqiu City, Shandong Province] Persecution Plan in Anqiu City
On August 29, 2007, the CCP Anqiu City Committee held a city-wide meeting about strictly attacking and persecuting Falun Gong during October 1, the national holiday season and the CCP's 17th Congress time period. The Anqiu City Deputy Mayor Wang Bei (male) hosted the meeting, and representatives of the police, Procuratorate, and Justice Bureau gave speeches.
13. [Heyuan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Lu Chunyan and Ms. Ye Lijian Detained
At the beginning of August 2007, police from the Dongyuan County Department (in Heyuan City) arrested practitioners Ms. Lu Chunya, Ms. Ye Lijian, Ms. Xiao Meilian, and Ms. Deng Shi'e. Police carried guns and detained them in the Dongyuna County Detention Center.
14. [Xingyang City, Henan Province] At 7 p.m. on August 14, 2007, Falun Dafa Practitioners Ms. Jiang Guizhi and Mr. Jianzhong Arrested from Their Homes in the Countryside
15. [Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Liu Yunalan Still Detained
On the evening of June 5, 2007, practitioner Ms. Liu Yuanlan was arrested by police from the Xuejia Station in the Xinbei District, Changzhou City. She was transferred to the Changzhou City Detention Center, where she remains.
16. [Wuwei City, Gansu Province] Mr. Hunag Xingyue Arrested
On the morning of August 30, 2007, seven State Security agents from the Liangzhou District Police Department ransacked practitioner Mr. Huang Xingyue's home and took his Falun Dafa books, MP3 player, computer, video recorder, and other various items. They arrested Mr. Huang and put him in custody in the Liangzhou District Police Department.
17. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Ms. Ma Li Arrested
On the afternoon of August 31, 2007, practitioner Ms. Ma Li, an employee of the 3524 Factory, was arrested, and her home was ransacked.
18. [Lanxi County, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Persecution Facts Concerning Three Practitioners
At around 3 p.m. on August 20, 2007, practitioners Mr. Han Xingrong, Ms. Mao Shuhua, and Mr. Yu Zhongjie were all arrested when clarifying the truth in front of a store. They were detained in the county detention center and not allowed to be visited.
Police ransacked Mr. Han Xingrong's home, took away truth clarifying materials, and arrested Mr. Han Xingrong's older brother. He was released after the police extorted two thousand yuan from his family.
