Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution.
Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
Believing in lies and slandering Dafa, a man was injured on the mouth twice and eventually regrets his actions
Mr. Sun from Yudong District, Henan Province, was over sixty. He believed in the lies spread by the CCP about Falun Dafa. He listened to the rumors, slandered Dafa, and even destroyed Dafa books.
One day in the summer of 2003, Mr. Sun fell to the ground suddenly. His lips were broken and split and he went unconscious. He was taken to the town hospital, and his lips were sewn up with several stitches. He stayed in the hospital for quite a few days.
Dafa practitioners in his village clarified the facts to him and reminded him: "You fell down and injured your mouth but no where else. You must think about why. Wasn't it to warn you that you should no longer say slanderous things?" Mr. Sun dismissed it with a laugh: "I don't believe it! I say what I want to say and do what I want to do. Who can do anything about it?"
From then on Mr. Sun behaved even worse. He said to practitioners: "You Falun Gong people are all fools. The CCP could arrest you, beat you and sentence you at will. Why does your Master not do anything? A wise man submits to circumstances. You watch me. I am very healthy and fit. I sleep well and eat well. I can go anywhere I want. How free I am."
But not long afterwards Mr. Sun suddenly fell down while he was watching some people play cards. He hit his mouth against the corner of the table and his mouth bled instantly. His face was badly swollen. For over ten days he was not able to get out of bed. Since then he suffered poor health. He either had a headache or was short of breath. He had to take medication and was on an IV all the time.
After this incident, Mr. Sun's mentality began to change. Later on after Dafa practitioners patiently clarified the facts to him, he understood. He realized that the CCP is a Party created specifically to cheat people, while Dafa is saving people. He stated that Dafa is good, and what Teacher Li said is the truth. He asked a Dafa practitioner to write an apology on his behalf and publish it on the Minghui/Clearwisdom website.
Since then Mr. Sun's appearance changed. Gradually his health improved.
After slandering teacher and Dafa, an older man received karmic retribution and lives a life worse than death
Sun Hongru is over seventy and is from Sunying Village, Xinqiao District, Yudong Town, Henan Province. He was once in poor health and often had colds. But after he started to practice Falun Gong in 1997, he recovered from his illnesses and regained his health. He started his own small business, and was able to go on business trips to villages and towns by tricycle.
After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, Mr. Sun listened to the CCP's propaganda against Falun Gong. Disregarding the benefits he had gained from practicing Falun Gong, he slandered Teacher Li and Falun Gong instead. He damaged Falun Gong books and burned Teacher Li's photos. He even hoped that the CCP could extradite the founder of Falun Dafa back to China and arrest him.
In the summer of 2003, Mr. Sun suddenly became half paralyzed. He went for treatment, but didn't get any better. He suffered tremendously, and felt that he would rather die than live.
Perpetrators who persecute Dafa practitioners in prison receive karmic retribution
Police from the No. 2 Prison in Shenyang City Liaoning Province instigated inmates to force-feed Dafa practitioners who went on hunger strikes. They put salt or unknown drugs into the food. As a result, practitioners had diarrhea and vomiting. They force-fed practitioners two or three times a day. In 2006, Zhang Lei, a policeman in the printing division once threatened a Dafa practitioner and said: "To increase your nutrition, you have to be force-fed four or five times a day." They sent practitioners who were in poor health to Xinsheng Hospital, which is located outside the prison, where they are not actually treated, but further persecuted. It is said that Xinsheng Hospital still detains two Dafa practitioners.
Of those inmates who were used to persecute Dafa practitioners, almost all of them received karmic retribution. These inmates are: Wang Yuqi, Han Zhengyu, Wang Jianguo, Wang Chunyang, Tong Chun, Mei Qi, Hui Qiongxiong, Jiang Yuanfu, Jiang Zhifu, and Zhao Shanghui. The inmates who persecuted Dafa practitioners in the No. 20 division suffer numerous diseases. Some have pains in the head, back, lower back or the arms, and their bodies feel chilled. Some have nightmares and can't sleep. Some had to have appendicitis operations. One inmate named Chen Jiurong suddenly passed out and fell to the ground while he was helping force-feed practitioners. Those present were all shocked.
Team leader of the fatigue duty group in the printing division, inmate Zhao Shigang, beat practitioners and instigated other inmates to beat, swear at, and threaten Dafa practitioners on the 7th and 9th of December 2005 and on May 4, 2006. He has received karmic retribution. He contracted chest ascites in April 2007 and was punished for violating the prison rules and was jailed in May 2007.
Team leader of the fatigue duty group in the No. 14 division, inmate Wei Guoqiang, monitored Dafa practitioners, and instigated other inmates to monitor, swear at, and beat Dafa practitioners. He often reported to the police about the things that Dafa practitioners did. He also encouraged the police to search the cells of Dafa practitioners. On April 20, 2005 when Wei was searching the cells, he confiscated some Dafa articles practitioners had. Several days later he started to cough badly and a physical examination in the hospital showed that he suffered from late-stage lung cancer. In July 2005 he was released on bail for medical treatment. At the end of the year 2005, he died in agony.
Another policeman was trying to use an electric baton to shock practitioners in the strictly monitored division in the summer of 2006, but he shocked himself instead. This was instant karmic retribution.
We urge people to awaken to the truth. Please do not help the persecutors of Falun Gong to do evil deeds any more.
