Using Workplace Seminars to Dismantle the CCP Culture

Sept. 4, 2007

(Clearwisdom.net) I am a Falun Gong practitioner who started practicing in 2006. Within one year, I have changed from being very emotional and argumentative to being calm and rational when telling people the facts about Falun Gong. Some people came to me to hear the facts about Falun Gong and later became practitioners. These changes are benefits from diligently studying the Fa, reading articles from the Minghui website, discussing with practitioners, and reading The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and Dissolving the Culture of China's Communist Party. Doing these things have given me boundless wisdom.

This May, our workplace established a new department and recruited more than ten employees. Before they began their on-the-job training, the company officials asked me to present them with talks about the way we do business.

Once I was assigned to this task, the first thing that occurred to me was that I should use this opportunity to tell them the facts about Falun Gong. I collected information from Dissolving the Culture of China's Communist Party, which referred to cultivating one's morals, and used the principle of rectifying oneself, then one's family, and then the country to help gather my thoughts. Then I sorted these materials into different topics: development of the CCP culture, the detrimental effects of the CCP culture on our nation and people, getting rid of the CCP culture; becoming a good person who is tolerant and kind in treating other people; the proper way to deal with some specific issues; and doing a good job in business management.

After doing this preparation, I felt confident for the most part but still had a little fear. I then tried to send forth righteous thought more often to clear my surrounding dimensional fields. Just as a doctor should not fear his patients, I sent righteous thoughts again to clear away the evil elements that control them in other dimensions.

While I was giving the talk, the new employees listened quietly and intently. When we took a break after an hour, an older man came up and said to me, "If you had said what you did during the Cultural Revolution, you would have been arrested and denounced." I told him, "What I said is indeed true if you look at real life experiences. What I talked about can benefit people and help them to become better people in the future, understand others and themselves better, and thereby do a better job."

I continued my talk, and when it was about 30 minutes before lunchtime, I told them that the morning session had concluded. However, nobody wanted to leave. They asked me to talk more, so I continued. After I finished, they applauded until I walked out of the auditorium.

That afternoon, I spoke for another two hours. When I talked about the CCP having destroyed the nation's natural environment and traditional culture and undermined human morality, some people nodded their heads and listened very carefully. When I talked about the Tang dynasty, when the whole country was in harmony, and how we should bring back our traditional culture, get rid of the wariness and contentious mentality that the CCP culture had ingrained in us, and return to a natural, harmonious life style, it seemed to resonate with the audience particularly well. Again, they applauded heartily, and some people came up to thank me at the end of the talk.

Recently, my workplace selected eight people to be candidates for becoming CCP members. They asked me to present five days of training to them. I knew that I should talk more systematically and deeply this time. I took the five chapters of the CCP's indoctrination materials and prepared my lecture from The Nine Commentaries on The Communist Party and Dissolving the Culture of China's Communist Party. I included material from a Nine Commentaries seminar, separated it into five sections, and exposed the lies in the CCP's teaching material. The first part dealt with the background of the Marxist theories, the development process and its effects on the world, especially the ruinous effect on the Chinese nation about one century ago. The second part of the seminar dealt with the ignominious history of the CCP itself. The third part highlighted the CCP's tyranny and the break-up of our national culture. The fourth part questioned what the CCP has brought to China and what the opening-up policies have brought to China. The fifth part dealt with the Party's nature, which smothers human nature and sets itself up as being above human nature. I also wanted to talk about how we have been trained since birth to live according to the Party's culture without even realizing it.

The training session took two hours each day. I gave them half an hour to read the teaching material, and then after a five-minute break I started to give the seminar. On the first day, when I talked about the CCP's ideals on paper and their actions being totally contradictory, some people were very much surprised, some people seemed afraid and lowered their heads, and some people listened carefully. Gradually their facial expressions returned to normal. The effects of the second and third presentations were especially positive. I sprinkled my talk with lots of examples to liven up the presentation. Everyone listened carefully--some listened quietly and others clearly showed anger. At the conclusion of my presentation, some people wouldn't leave and said they wanted to hear more. On the fourth day, we talked about the facts of the "June 4 Tiananmen Massacre". Everyone participated actively in a discussion on what they knew of it.

Before the final exam, I addressed how the CCP fools the world by making its rule seem peaceful. People joined the discussion and talked about their family members' and their own attitudes about joining the CCP. When we had almost concluded the discussion, someone said, "Quiting the CCP can save our lives; have you ever heard of this?" Some people nodded their heads, some kept silent, and someone said, "This information is posted everywhere in our apartment's hallway." Later on, another person said, "When we take the oath [to join in the CCP], I will silently say that Falun Dafa is good, but right now I am afraid to write it down on paper." I told him, "You can write it. I am the one grading the papers."

During these five days of seminars I kept sending forth righteous thoughts every hour before and after the lectures, and cleaned up the dimensional field and evil factors that were controlling those people. Every night I listened to Master's Jinan lectures.

However, on the third day I became overjoyed at how well things were going. I had the mindset to validate myself rather than the Fa. Soon interference emerged. On the fourth day in the morning, a company vice president asked me to write a report for him. It took time away from preparing for the seminar. During the seminar, people looked sleepy, and some people didn't show up. The effect was not so good. I realized that this was because of my mindset, and I had not handled things well from the standpoint of Fa-validation. I resented doing an ordinary person's job, and my righteous thoughts prior to the seminar were not pure enough, thus making my surrounding environment impure and limiting my power of persuasion. Since my righteous thoughts were not strong enough, it made it difficult to arouse those people's conscience. On the fifth day, when I had overcome my attachment, everyone went to the meeting room early and awaited my presentation.

These two teaching experiences have taught me to interact more with the listeners and to make the content more interesting. I must observe their reactions and make it easier for them to accept what I was saying. It is also helpful to prepare thoroughly. I read The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and Dissolving the Culture of China's Communist Party several times. During a presentation, I realized that I should speak in a down-to-earth manner so as to relate to them better. I also realized that if I was to present some material to other people, I should make sure that I was very familiar with that material first.

I realized that since I grew up as a part of a family of CCP members and worked in a CCP job, preparing for the seminar was actually a process of purifying myself. I spent a lot of time reading The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and on Dissolving the Culture of China's Communist Party. As I did this, I gradually felt that I was being purified ever more deeply. The CCP's hold on me became less and less, and I was also able to let go more and more of ordinary people's emotions and attachments. My compassion was awakened, and it was an incredible feeling. When my compassion emerged, I realized how badly off ordinary people were.

When I addressed the CCP's persecution of people's beliefs in my talks, I told the audience that the CCP is trying to destroy all three major religions in order to establish one sole religion - the CCP's ideology. However, I didn't directly mention the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and how good Falun Gong is.

In the evening after the first session, I sent forth righteous thoughts. As I made the lotus hand gesture, a thought of not wanting people in the seminar to report me emerged out of fear. As I had this thought, my celestial eye saw the eight would-be CCP members sitting in the meeting room, with each of their bodies emitting pure white light. I realized that Dafa practitioners' clarifying the truth amounts to offering salvation to people, and my clarifying the truth has already purified their bodies.

On the third day after the seminars, a co-worker called me and said, "You should be careful. I saw their facial expressions, and they were very shocked. Some of them opened their eyes wide. You should lay low." His words did not move me and I said to him, "Don't worry! Everyone understood in their minds, they just didn't verbalize it. I merely helped them to sort out their thoughts."

In the future, I will find an appropriate opportunity to persuade them to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.

If there is anything improper, please kindly point it out.
