(Clearwisdom.net) I have felt people's eagerness to know the truth and to be saved while I was in the process of persuading them to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its related organizations.
Through reading Teacher's lectures and the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, I realized the importance of Dafa practitioners' responsibilities and sincerely wanted to save sentient beings. However, I didn't do very well in this regard. Ordinary people often had a hard time understanding what I said, so that I felt discouraged and didn't know what to do. I even wanted to quit doing it.
I was moved by fellow practitioners who had been working hard day and night at persuading people to quit the CCP and its organizations in the Fa-rectification process. From fellow practitioners' sharings, I noticed that the reason they had been doing so well was because they didn't do it with human notions, but with a merciful heart for saving people. My problem was that my human notions were too strong. I often tried to guess ahead of time what questions ordinary people would raise using ordinary person's logic or even the mindset of the CCP culture. My notions restrained my ability as a Dafa practitioner and also raised obstacles for ordinary people being saved.
Upon realizing my problem, from then on I tried to eliminate my human notions when persuading people to quit the CCP and its organizations. I tried to have a peaceful mind with only the thought of saving people. I then found that the situation changed. Ordinary people were eager at heart to be saved by Dafa practitioners, and most of them understood the law of evil being rewarded with evil. Ordinary people also expressed a genuine dislike of the CCP. Thus, when Dafa practitioners were clarifying the truth and analyzing the nature of the CCP in discussions with everyday people, the people could usually make the right choice, which was to abandon the evil Party.
In late 2005, I went to my hometown to clarify the truth to my relatives, as I wanted to help my uncle, aunt, cousins, and others to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. The husband of my aunt was silent when I was clarifying the truth to the family as he is a quiet person by nature. Later however, he said, "I knew about what you just said dozens of years ago." I was very surprised to hear that. He said that his father had a book and his father told him the stories from the book when he was a teenager. The stories were about some people who would be eliminated, especially those with "red dots." As a young boy, he asked his father what he should do when that happened. His father answered, "Don't worry, there will be people coming to tell you what to do at that time." Now is the time, and we are the people his father was referring to!
The purpose of writing this article is to encourage fellow practitioners as well as myself. Teacher arranges everything when we truly fulfill our responsibility as Dafa practitioners to save sentient beings. We should not linger, be indifferent, or lose any more time. Letting human notions dominate our actions would delay the process of Fa-rectification.
Sentient beings are hoping to be saved, and Teacher is also expecting Dafa practitioners to do better. We should seize these precious moments to save people, fulfill our mission, and reach consummation.
