Police in Wuhan Know the Truth about Falun Gong and Avoid Participating in Persecuting PractitionersA practitioner in Wuhan City was distributing truth-clarifying materials when a mean person caught him and took him to a local police station. The officers at this police station frequently received truth-clarifying materials and letters, and most of them knew the truth about Falun Gong. After the mean person left, the police did not ask the practitioner any questions and let the practitioner go.

Village Head Stops the 610 Office from Arresting Practitioners

In June 2006, officers from the 610 Office and the police department in a town in Zhaoyuan City attempted to arrest a practitioner. However, the practitioner got away with righteous thought. The practitioner's family called the village head and asked if it he had told the police to arrest the practitioner. The village head said he did not know about the arrest. Then he went to the 610 Office personally and told the police that they were not allowed to arrest Falun Gong practitioners in his village.

The 610 Office later did arrest practitioners from this village. The village head called the 610 Office and demanded to know why they arrested people for no reason. The village head then admonished those in charge in the office.

In 2000, officials from a town in Zhaoyuan City discovered several practitioners in a certain village and prepared to arrest them. The village head went to the practitioners' home personally to find out what was going on. After the practitioners clarified the truth to him, the village head drove the officials out of the village. Since then, no more government officials ever came to this village again to harass Falun Gong practitioners. The village head told the officials, "Falun Gong practitioners try to be good by following 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.' They do not commit any crimes and they do not break the law. And their illnesses all disappeared. Why are you persecuting good people?" Since then, the CCP officials have never returned to this village to harass practitioners.

A Police Officer Rescues a Practitioner from a Brainwashing Center610 Office agents from a town in Shandong Province arrested a practitioner and took him many times to the brainwashing center even though one of his family members was ill at home and needed his care. They tried to force the practitioner to give up Falun Dafa, but the practitioner firmly refused. Then the officials illegally detained the practitioner for a long time until the practitioner's family member grew dangerously ill. A kindhearted local police officer learned about the situation. He went to the brainwashing center personally, argued with the officials, and demanded that they release the practitioner. Finally he took the practitioner home.

On May 6, 2006, a practitioner's relative received a phone call from a police officer. The officer told the practitioner to temporarily leave home for safety reasons. In 2007, the police officer called again to notify the practitioner in advance about a dangerous situation. Many others, having understood the truth about Falun Gong, have begun to protect practitioners. They will certainly have a good future.

A Young Worker Distributes Truth-Clarifying Materials to the Whole Village

There is a small temple in the countryside in Hunan Province. One evening, local practitioners left truth-clarifying materials at different places inside the temple. Next morning, the young man responsible for cleaning the temple found the materials. He opened them and found they were about saving people and safeguarding life. He kept them all. After he returned to the village, he distributed the truth-clarifying materials to all the other villagers and told them, "These materials are to save people and safeguard life. Every home should get one." The villagers were all very happy to receive the truth-clarifying materials.
