(Clearwisdom.net) Today's report relates persecution incidents that took place in seven cities or counties in four provinces. Eleven Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to brutal mistreatment during detention, and at least 18 practitioners were arrested.

2. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Four Practitioners' Homes Ransacked at the
No. 858 Farm
Xi'an District Court officials held a trial for a practitioner on the morning of November 28, 2008. Ms. Liu Hongmei, Ms. Liu Guixiang, Ms. Xia Meilan and Ms. Yu Dengfang from the No. 858 Farm went to audit the trial, but personnel from the Mudanjiang City Police Department arrested them in front of the court. Officers from the No. 858 Farm Police Department ransacked the four practitioners' homes. When they went to Ms. Liu Hongmei's home, only her middle school-aged child was at home. But the police still pried the door open and confiscated a picture of Master Li and several truth-clarifying CDs. They also confiscated pictures of Master Li and Dafa books from the other three practitioners' homes.

3. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Persecution of Several Practitioners
Personnel from the Hengshui City Domestic Security Division headed by Wang Bin, and officers from the Renmin Street Police Station arrested several practitioners including Ms. Chen Ying and Mr. Yin Wensuo on the night of November 20, 2008. The arrest happened when the practitioners posted flyers to expose the crimes committed by the city's Domestic Security Division chief Zuo Tiehan. One of the practitioners escaped at 3:00 a.m. on November 21, 2008, but Ms. Chen and Mr. Yin were sent to the police station and then released that night. Their families had 20,000 yuan extorted from them, and the police also forced them to sign certain documents.

4. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Five Practitioners Arrested
Five practitioners from the Hanting District, Weifang City were arrested on November 29, 2008. They are Mr. Meng Deyi, Ms. Hao Ying, Yang, Ms. Yang Mingzhen and Mr. Chen Weiguang. The police also posted slogans that defamed Falun Dafa in highly populated areas.

5. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Guixin Arrested
Seven policemen including Ge Lifeng and Li Haidong from the Zhaoyuan City 610 Office broke into Ms. Zhang Guixin's home at 6:40 p.m. on November 22, 2008. They dragged Ms. Zhang into a police vehicle. Her husband and daughter tried to reason with them, but policeman Li Haidong beat the husband.

Personnel from the Xushui County Police Department broke into Mr. Liu Bingyi's home and ransacked it at 10:00 a.m. on November 27, 2008. They put him into the police department's Political Security Section.

7. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Yuanling Arrested
Personnel from the Dongxing Street Police Station arrested Ms. Yu Yuanling from Yangzhuang Village in the Hedong District, Linyi City at 2:00 p.m. on November 29, 2008. She is held in the city's detention center and had been sentenced to three years of forced labor.

Personnel from the Shuibin County Police Department's Domestic Security Division arrested Mr. Fei Jinrong and Mr. Dai Yurong from Shuangyashan City on November 22, 2008. The arrest happened when they were distributing Falun Gong flyers in Shuibin County. They are held in the Shuibin County Detention Center.

10. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Wende Arrested
Personnel from the Zhaoyuan City 610 Office arrested Mr. Li Wende from Linglong Town, Zhaoyuan City on November 23, 2008. He is held in the Lingnan Mine 610 Office.
11. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Several Practitioners Sentenced
Mr. Gong Chengge, Mr. Wu Guoli, Mr. Sun Fa, Mr. Jia Changmin and Mr. Zhao Jianguo were arrested in April 2008 and are held in the Muleng Detention Center. Muleng Court officials held a trial for them on September 10, 2008. Their families were informed on November 17, 2008 that they had been sentenced. Mr. Wu was sentenced to five years in prison, and the others were sentenced to three and a half years. They still can appeal, but the police are refusing to allow any of them to have family visits.
12. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jia Fengxia Arrested
Ms. Jia Fengxia from Foyedong Township, Lingyuan City explained the facts about Falun Gong to policeman Liu Jianjun on November 25, 2008. Liu arrested her, and then he and another policeman named Gao Xiuchun ransacked her home and confiscated some Dafa books. Ms. Jia is held in the city's detention center.

13. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Lu Guiling Held in the Shandong Women's Prison
Personnel from the Weihai City 610 Office broke into Ms. Lu Guiling's home, arrested her and put her into the Shandong Province Women's Prison on November 12, 2008. It was reported that Ms. Lu is being held in a small compartment for refusing to give up Falun Gong. Her family's visits were prohibited.

Ms. Chen Hengmei has been held in a detention center since the end of July 2008. She was scheduled to be on trial in the Bao'an District People's No. 1 Court at 2:30 p.m. on December 10, 2008.

Personnel from the Gedian Town Police Station arrested Ms. Hu Weiqun on her way from Wuhan City to Ezhou City at 2:00 p.m. on November 28, 2008 and put her into the Ezhou City Detention Center that day. She is still in detention.
17. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Dai Weisong and His Wife Arrested
Personnel from the Developmental District Police Department in Weifang City broke into Mr. Dai Weisong's home in Nanhuzhu Village at 12:00 p.m. on November 28, 2008. They arrested him and his wife and confiscated some of their belongings.
