2. [Beijing] Supplemental Information Regarding the Arrests of Ms. Xu Na and Her Husband, Mr. Yu Zhou
Ms. Xu Na and her husband, Mr. Yu Zhou, drove home at 10:00 p.m. on January 26, 2008. When they passed Yangzhuang Street in the Tongzhou District, police stopped their car and searched it. They found some Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials, CDs and paper money with truth-clarifying messages printed on it. Personnel from the Beiyuan Police Station, from the district's police department, and from the Xiangshan Police Station ransacked the homes ofMs. Xu's parents and her sister on the morning of January 27, 2008. Ms. Xu is being held in the Beijing Detention Center. An autopsy has been performed on Mr. Yu's body, but no results have been reported.

Police from She County arrested Ms. Xu Zhixin and Ms. Zheng Guiqin, employees from the Coking Plant of Tianjin Iron Factory, on April 6, 2008. The police ransacked their homes and put them in the county's detention center.

4. [Songyuan County, Jilin Province] Ms. Zheng Yanmei Arrested
Personnel from the Fanrong Police Station at the Songjiang Police Department in Songyuan City arrested Ms. Zheng Yanmei from her home at 9:30 a.m. on April 21, 2008. They also arrested another woman who happened to visit Ms. Zheng.
5. [Libo County, Guizhou Province] Ms. Tan Liqiu Arrested
Ms. Tan Liqiu, a retiree from the Libo County Hospital, was arrested from her home on April 17, 2008. Police confiscated a printer and a computer. Ms. Tan's whereabouts are unknown.
6. [Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Xuan Liqiang Held in a Brainwashing Center
Mr. Xuan Liqiang was a lecturer at Haiyang University in Guangdong Province. Police arrested him and sentenced him to two years of forced labor in March 2006. After the forced labor term expired in March 2008, officials in Sanshui Forced Labor Camp extended his term by one month.
Personnel from the Zhanjiang City 610 Office picked Mr. Xuan up from Sanshui Labor Camp in the middle of April 2008. They put him directly into a brainwashing center without informing Mr. Xuan's family.

Ms. Liu Ying was arrested on February 28, 2008, and sentenced to two and a half years of forced labor. She has been transferred to the No.2 Section's No.6 Division in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City.
9. [Nongan County, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Sentenced to Lengthy Prison Terms
Mr. Fu Cheng, Mr. Wei Cheng, Mr. Wang Shoushan and Mr. Li Rui from Helong Town, Nongan County were sentenced to seven to eight years in prison. They are presently being held in the county's detention center.
10. [Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhong Yanhong Held in Sanshui Forced Labor Camp
Personnel from the Foshan City 610 Office arrested Ms. Zhong Yanhong and put her into the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp for a one-year incarceration on March 9, 2008. Her family visits have been denied.

11. [Shanghai] Ms. Shen Xiufang Arrested
Ms. Shen Xiufang lives in Putiexin Village, Zhijiangxi Street, the Zhabei District, Shanghai. Police from the Hongkou District arrested her, ransacked her home, and confiscated many items on April 18, 2008.
12. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Yang Jinfeng and Ms. Chen Qi Arrested
Ms. Yang Jinfeng from Xingzi County, Jiujiang City, was arrested several days ago for explaining the facts about Falun Gong.
Ms. Chen Qi was arrested on March 28, 2008. Personnel from the Xunyang Police Department's Domestic Security Division planned to extort 50,000 yuan from her family.
Ms. Chen has been sent to forced labor camp and prisons more than once. She was sentenced to six years in prison starting in 2001. Her husband divorced her. Ms. Chen's parents are in their 70s and live on their pensions, but the police have extorted a lot of money from them.

Four officers from the Jiangbei District Police Department arrested Mr. Yan Guangbi from his home at 5:00 p.m. on April 21, 2008.

Mr. Liao Jianpu and Mr. Luo Xinggui from Panzhihua City were sentenced to eight years in prison in November 2000. They are still being held in Deyang Prison in Sichuan Province.

Personnel from the Tumenzi Township Police Station arrested Ms. Xu Guixia from Dawulan Township, Qinglong County on the morning of April 19, 2008. Policeman Liu Bin from Dawulan Township ransacked Ms. Xu's home.

23. [Shenzhou City, Hebei Province] Personnel from the Donganzhuang Township Extort Money from Practitioners
Donganzhuang Township Police Station Chief Liu Baoxiang and several policemen arrested Mr. Erxi from his home on the morning of April 18, 2008. They ransacked the place and confiscated a printer, some Dafa books, and Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials. Police extorted 5,000 yuan from Mr. Erxi's family and then released him.
The police arrested two other practitioners and ransacked their homes on the morning of April 19, 2008. One practitioner's family has turned in money to the police to secure the practitioner's release. The other practitioner's family also requested his/her release, but did not succeed.

24. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Police from Jishu Street Arrest a Practitioner
Seven policemen arrested a practitioner surnamed Xu and ransacked Xu's home at 10:00 a.m. on April 17, 2008. They confiscated 400 CDs and some Falun Gong truth clarification materials. They put Xu into the Nanshan Detention Center.
25. [Tianjin] Three Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Zhengzhuangzi Police Station and from the Hedong District 610 Office arrested Ms. Liu Yuhua and confiscated a computer, a printer, and some truth clarification materials. Ms. Liu is currently being held in the district's detention center.
The police arrested Ms. Lu Lanzhi from her home in Fumin Street in the Hedong District and ransacked the place on April 10, 2008.
The police arrested Ms. Wang Xueling from her home and ransacked the place at 1:00 p.m. on April 15, 2008. They confiscated some Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials and CDs. Ms. Wang is being held in the Hebei District Police Department's Detention Center. Her husband does not dare to return home. Their child and 70-year-old father-in-law are left home without care.

26. [Gaocheng City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Qianxiguan Police Station in Gaocheng City arrested Ms. Wang Yuexia, Mr. Ji Junyan, and Mr. Ji Xiaoran from Beimeng Village on the night of April 15, 2008. Mr. Ji Xiaoran's home has been ransacked.

27. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Practitioners Persecuted
Mr. Guo Tinglou, Mr. Xiaofeng, and Ms. Liu Qiaolian were arrested and taken to detention centers in Zibo City and Jinan City on April 10, 2008. Mr. Xiaofeng was in poor health and was refused admission to a forced labor camp. He is being held in the Liaocheng Dashi 610 Office. Mr. Zhang He was tortured until he was disabled and the guards in the forced labor camp released him.
28. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Jinbo Arrested
Personnel from the Yanji City Police Department's Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Zhang Jinbo and ransacked her home on the night of April 14, 2008. They confiscated a laptop computer. Ms. Zhang is being held in the city's detention center.
Ms. Zhang had worked in Korea and Singapore. She told people about the popularity of Falun Gong overseas, so the police arrested her and sentenced her to three years of forced labor in Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp. Her health became so poor that labor camp officials released her in order to shirk any responsibility for her condition.
29. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Lianying and Her Husband, Mr. Niu Jinping, Arrested
Ms. Zhang Lianying and her husband, Mr. Niu Jinping, from the Chaoyang District were arrested from their home on April 20, 2008. Grandparents take care of their four-year-old daughter. Ms. Zhang had just been released in December 2007.

30. [Fuyu County, Heilongjiang Province] Police Arrest Ms. Gao Fengxian and Ms. Yan Chunling
Police arrested Ms. Gao Fengxian and Ms. Yan Chunling on the night of April 16, 2008 when they distributed Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials in Fuyu County. They are being held in the Youyi Township Police Station.
31. [Qionglai City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Yuan Yuwen Arrested from His Home and Taken to Qionglai Detention Center on March 26, 2008
32. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Xiao Hongmo Arrested
Mr. Xiao Hongmo from Guanghan City was arrested on the morning of April 18, 2008. Four plainclothes police ransacked his home and confiscated some Falun Gong books and materials. Mr. Xiao is being held in the city's detention center.
33. [Zhengding County, Hebei Province] Two Practitioners Arrested
Policeman Li Chengjun from Xin'an Town, Zhengding County arrested Mr. Li Ruicai from Lijiazhuang Village and 70-year-old Mr. Zheng Jiange from Qiji Village on the morning of April 18, 2008. The two were taken to the Hebei Province Brainwashing Center.

Personnel from the Hongkou District Police Department arrested Mr. Liu Canrong from the same district on April 16, 2008. Mr. Liu is being held in the district's detention center. His son, Mr. Hu Hongfei, was also arrested and held in the Wan'an Police Station.

Tongzi County Police Department Chief Yang ransacked Ms. Fu's home in March 2008 but found nothing.
36. [Bangpu City, Anhui Province] Mr. Huang Andong and Ms. Wang Huizhen Arrested
Mr. Huang Andong from Bangpu City was sentenced to one year of forced labor and initially held in the city's forced labor camp, followed by incarceration i Nanhu Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Wang Huizhen was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor. She is being held in the Hefei City Women's Forced Labor Camp.
37. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Lu Chunxia Held in the Baqiao District Detention Center
Ms. Lu Chunxia, 38 years old, from Qingyang City, Gansu Province, lives in Dizaiyuan Dakang Village, Xi'an City. Police followed and then arrested her from her home on January 25, 2008. They ransacked her home and put her into the district's detention center.
38. [Beijing] Mr. Yan Shouzhong Arrested
Mr. Yan Shouzhong from Yanqing County is a laid-off worker with a disabled left arm. He was arrested on the night of April 19, 2008, for posting Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials.
39. [Dazu County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Xu Youliang Arrested
Police arrested Mr. Xu Youliang from Dazu County on April 17, 2008.
Six practitioners were arrested in Dazu County on April 1, 2008. Three have been released. The other three are being held in the county's detention center.
40. [Jilin Province] Ms. Xia Xin Arrested
Personnel from the Weixing Street Police Station in Changchun City arrested Ms. Xia Xin on February 25, 2008. Ms. Xia is from the Songshan District, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. She graduated from Changchun Technology University in July 2007. Ms. Xia was awarded a first class scholarship during her four years' undergraduate studies. She works in the Jinhu Tire Factory in Changchun City.
Police confiscated her computer and cell phone from her home and a desktop computer from her office. Ms. Xia's parents lost contact with her and went to Changchun City to find her. They found her home in a mess. Police denied their visits to Ms. Xia.

41. [Wuji County, Hebei Province] The Persecution of Ms. Yue Yuefen
Ms. Yue Yuefen from Dongzhongpu Village, Wuji County, was arrested and her home was ransacked. Police confiscated Falun Gong books, truth-clarifying materials, CDs, and two printers. Ms. Yue escaped, but her husband and daughter-in-law were arrested.

42. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Xiao Hongmu Arrested
Four plainclothes police arrested Mr. Xiao Hongmu from Guang'an City on the morning of April 19, 2008. The arrest happened when he explained the Falun Gong facts in a vegetable market in Xiaobei Street. Police ransacked his home and took him to a police station.
43. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Several practitioners from Huaihua City were arrested and held in a detention center. Police arrested Ms. Lin Chunxiang and Ms. Lin Hua on the morning of April 8, 2008. Personnel from the city's police department and the 610 Office ransacked Ms. Lin Chunxiang's home and confiscated Falun Gong books and a satellite dish. The two practitioners are being held in the Huitong County Detention Center.
Personnel from the Hutian Police Station arrested Ms. Liao Yuanmei, Ms. Yin Lanying, and Ms. Yin Qiuyang from the Hutian Developmental District on April 16, 2008. Officers from the city's police department ransacked their homes the next day. They are currently being held in a detention center.

Personnel from the Xiaodong Police Station arrested four practitioners from the Dadong District, Shenyang City, at 4:00 p.m. on April 19, 2008. Police ransacked their homes at 2:00 a.m. the next morning. Two practitioners have been released, but the whereabouts of the other two are unknown.
46. [She County, Hebei Province] Ms. Hua Xiang Arrested
Personnel from the 610 Office have persecuted Ms. Hua Xiang from She County for more than three weeks. She was daily sent home in handcuffs at night and taken to the brainwashing center 8:00 a.m. the next morning.
47. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] The Persecution of Ms. Zhao Fenglan
Personnel from the Shizishan Police Station arrested Ms. Zhao Fenglan and Ms. Chen on April 3, 2008. Ms. Zhao is an employee from the Huazhong Agriculture University in Wuhan City. It is heard that Ms. Zhao was transferred from the city's No.1 Detention Center to the city's No.1 Custody Center. Police declared they would sentence her to one year of forced labor.
