Police Chief Breaks into a Family's Home and Arrests a Female Farmer

Jan. 26, 2009 |   By a practitioner in Hebei Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Zheng Baozhen of Fuping County, Baoding City in Hebei Province, and her two daughters farmed, while her husband worked far away from home for extended periods of time. Living under harsh conditions, she often contracted various illnesses. Later, after she began cultivating Falun Gong, her illnesses were miraculously healed. All of the local villagers witnessed her transformation. Her daughters no longer needed to be concerned about their mother's health and were able to attend school free from worry. From that point forward, Ms. Zheng followed Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. She was no longer afraid of hardship and farmed diligently. She did not care about doing extra work and was unconcerned about others' complaints. She looked inward whenever she encountered conflicts and did not fight back when others berated or scolded her. She followed Teacher's teachings and wished for the best for others, always putting them first. She strives to be a good person, an even better person.

On July 26, 2007, Ms. Zheng was helping her daughter prepare and pack her things for her trip to college the next day. Just as they were going to bed that night, a group of policemen broke in, including police chief Wang Yimin and deputy chief Zhai Xiangyu from Fuping County, and National Security Division captain Zhang Jinhui and Fan Zhenhua directing policemen Wang Mengjie, Li Xiuhai, and An Jun from the Chengguan Police Station. Also present was the Communist Party secretary of Cangshan Division, Chen Guiyu. After the officers had ransacked the entire house, they arrested Ms. Zheng Baozhen and took her daughter's computer, leaving her daughters terrified and all alone that night.

Meanwhile, the police took Ms. Zheng to Chengguan Police Station and detained her there. Ms. Zheng demanded an unconditional release. Li Xiuhai and An Jun said that they would deal with it the next day. The next day, An Jun and a few other policemen, acting on orders from the National Security captain Zhang Jinhui, police station chief Wang Mengjie and Liu Hai, carried Ms. Zheng to a squad car, and took her to jail. The jail's inhumane living conditions caused Ms. Zheng to become ill and pass out. The jail's doctor and An Jun dragged her to the county's Chinese Medicine Hospital. Afterward, they brought her back to the jail and hastily left. When Ms. Zheng's daughters, one entering college and the other a high school student, went to the police station to ask for their mother, the police not only rejected their request, but they dragged them by their arms to the police department, injuring them on the way. The police said to them: "We will arrest you if you come again."

Ms. Zheng, being dangerously ill from the persecution, did not eat anything for a few days in protest. On the fifth day, the police violently force-fed her, adding unknown drugs into the mixture, which caused her to pass out several times. On the eighth day, a few policemen carried Ms. Zheng to a squad car and drove her away. Without informing her family, they took her to Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp to detain her for 18 months. Seeing that she was in such terrible shape, the camp refused to admit her. The only option was to take her back home. But because no one was at home to receive her when they arrived, the police abandoned her in the village. Ms. Zheng was so sick that she was unable to take care of herself. She had lost her memory and was dizzy. She couldn't walk and had become so thin that people were unable to recognize her.
