(Clearwisdom.net) In order to do the three things well, first we must study the Fa well. When we have a stable foundation in our cultivation, we can then perform these tasks well and resist old force interference to the greatest extent. We must study the Fa well, as it is our safeguard against interference.

Before the persecution began in 1999, I only recited Zhuan Falun once. Later, from reading Teacher's new lectures and the practitioners articles published on Clearwisdom.net, I came to understand the importance of studying the Fa, and began to recite Zhuan Falun again. During this period of time, my grandson lived with us, which kept me very busy. I would often have the book open on the bookshelf and read and recite the Fa as I put the child to sleep.

I used every possible opportunity to recite the Fa: when I was cooking, washing clothes, or doing the house work. If I forgot a sentence, I would run to the book and have a look. I was even reciting the Fa in my sleep. This way I was able to recite Zhuan Falun a dozen times in two years, and I really understood how important and how wonderful reciting the Fa was. I used the Fa to measure what I said and what I did while clarifying the truth. I always looked inward to prevent myself from getting polluted by ordinary society. When conflicts occurred, a phrase from the Fa would appear in my mind, so I could then use the Fa to check my conduct. Sometimes I did well, and sometimes I did not do so well. It is very important for every true cultivator to take the Fa as teacher.

One day, I was distributing truth clarification materials in a residential area where many people from the judicial system lived. I had already delivered truth clarification materials to two of the three blocks of flats there, and remembered that the gate was usually always locked on the third block. But this time, the gate was wide open. I saw a man standing in front of the gate, but I ignored him and focused on what I needed to do. I went upstairs and put truth clarification materials and DVDs through every door. I asked Teacher to give me more power and asked the gods to help me, so the residents could learn the truth and be saved. At the same time some words from the Fa appeared in my mind:

"If you are a true practitioner, our Falun will safeguard you. I am rooted in the universe. If anyone can harm you, he or she would be able to harm me. Put simply, that person would be able to harm this universe." (Zhuan Falun)

When I had finished in the building and came down, the man standing outside noticed me, and quickly ran inside the building. I realized that he was a plainclothes policeman, and had ran inside to check if I had posted any materials inside. I ignored him and calmly kept walking. Shortly after, he ran past me and stopped just in front of me. He looked around and said to himself, "Where did she go?" I was right there in front of him, but he could not see me. I knew it was the power of the Fa. If I did not study the Fa well, I wouldn't have been able to do so well. I walked for a while and looked back, to see the man still there, anxiously searching for me.

I knew a practitioner who was in his 50s. He has recited Zhuan Falun more than 100 times. He has cultivated very well and always did the three things very well.

Recently, I had a very clear dream. In the dream it was said that the stage was ready and a celebration would begin. I was telling an organizer that I needed to go somewhere because there were two more things that I hadn't finished. Later, I understood that this told me that I had two more human attachments which I should get rid of. Then I saw very large, beautiful flowers covering the hills, except for one area which was about the size of a basketball court. When I woke up, I understood that it meant there were still areas in my neighborhood where people were waiting to be saved.

In the future, I will pay more attention to my xinxing cultivation, continue to study and recite the Fa, and increase my sense of responsibility. I will not give the old forces any opportunity to take advantage of my loopholes. I will keep righteous thoughts and righteous actions, cultivate to be a selfless and altruistic true Dafa practitioner.

I have now joined a Fa study group, and with the help of other practitioners, I can go to practitioners' websites. This is another step forward on my cultivation path.
