(Clearwisdom.net) A few days ago I read a story on the Minghui website by a practitioner who shared his experience on repeatedly playing the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and how his family changed their notions about Dafa. I began to think about the change exhibited in my family since I also have often watched the Shen Yun Performing Arts and 2008 "Holiday Wonders" shows with my granddaughter during the last two months.

My granddaughter is just one year old. I like to play the Shen Yun show for her. However, my daughter, who doesn't practice Falun Gong, wouldn't allow her to watch with the excuse that watching TV hurts children's eyes. My daughter herself wouldn't watch it either. I didn't listen to her and insisted on playing the Shen Yun show, especially when my daughter was out. I also told my daughter that the Shen Yun show is only beneficial, not harmful, for children. My granddaughter likes to watch it very much. She often dances along with the performers and applauds at the end of every program. Whenever she visits my home, she never forgets to ask us to play the Shen Yun show.

My husband is very stubborn and refused to accept the truth about Dafa. However, he would glance at the Shen Yun show while keeping his granddaughter company. Since the performance is very attractive, gradually he started to want to watch a few more programs. Soon he became familiar with the entire performance. My daughter would pause and take a glance at the performance too. They seemed to be very casually watching the show, but they both understood well the meaning of the show.

Recently, I played the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party continuously for two days. In the past when our family was all together, I was not allowed to play the Shen Yun show in the family room. Now my family is able to calmly sit on the sofa watching the show. The day after I played the Nine Commentaries, the dinner was simple since my daughter didn't come. After dinner, my husband went to watch TV in the family room while the Shen Yun show was playing on the TV. After washing the dishes, I went into the family room and saw my husband intently watching the dance 'Heaven Awaits Us Despite Persecution'. When he saw me come in, he was very interested in explaining his feelings about this dance piece. While watching the show, he said to me, "The lady practices Falun Gong, the policemen beat this lady. One of the policemen rediscovered his conscience.... at that moment,

his mind was full of righteous thoughts." After this program ended, he wanted to switch the channel. I told him that the show would end in a short while. As a result he watched the show to the end along with me and expressed his feelings about the show while watching.

Therefore, I think if all our fellow practitioners pay great attention to the distribution of the Shen Yun show and the Nine Commentaries, the evil will be thoroughly disintegrated and more sentient beings will be saved.
