(Clearwisdom.net) Between January 30 and February 8, 2009, the internationally acclaimed Divine Performing Arts (DPA) company began its Asian tour with 11 performances in Daegu and Seoul, Korea. Members of the Korean Parliament, politicians, and celebrities in the arts and performance industry sent their greetings and congratulations, declaring the show world-class. Many expressed their appreciation for the DPA's efforts to revive traditional Chinese culture.

Deputy Speaker of Parliament: Searching for wisdom in Eastern culture

Lee Yoon Sung, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, wished the DPA shows great success in Korea. He said in his greeting, "I hope, through the successful performance of DPA, we will become more confident in our culture and history. We will find our wisdom, the driving force of development of our society, and the ability to handle any instability."

Han Song Yo used to be a Member of Parliament and was once a broadcaster on MBC. He said, "There is a lot in common in the traditional values of South Korea and China. Therefore, Divine Performing Arts has offered the Korean people a splendid surprise and a spectacular performance." He also expressed his best wishes for DPA's success in South Korea.

South Korea National Assembly Member Ahn Sang-Soo said in his greetings, "Divine Performing Arts showed the Chinese traditional arts to the Korean people last year. DPA presents advanced high-tech backdrop designs, gorgeous costumes, excellent music and the most beautiful Chinese classical dances. It deeply touches people of different ethnic backgrounds and nationalities."
