(Clearwisdom.net) Despite the inclement weather in Taipei, the Divine Performing Arts' (DPA) shows still played to capacity crowds.

On March 2, the DPA International Company held its last show in Taipei, and the theater was full. According to the organizer, many people who were not able to get tickets for the weekend performance tried to buy a ticket on Monday. In just a few hours, 400 tickets were sold. All tickets were sold out 6 hours before the show on Monday, yet many people were still hoping to get in. Some people said the same situation arose last year, so they booked tickets way before the show this year.

People are asking for ticket information.

One group in the audience was from Hong Kong and Mainland China. They'd heard about the show before, and formed a tourist group, coming to the show in Taiwan. Ms. Li, a member of the group, said: "I felt so good both physically and mentally after the show. I was touched by the program which dealt with the persecution of Falun Gong." Mr. Jiang He from China watched the show twice in a row. He said: "I understood that Falun Gong is good after watching the show. It seems that heavenly beings have come to save us. I hope someday this show can be held in China."

Famous vocalist, Prof. Lu Lili

Famous vocalist, Prof. Lu Lili, the Lady Butterfly of Taiwan, had attended the show before, but on Monday, she came again, bringing 40 colleagues from the arts community. She said: "The actors are professional. You can tell that they are serious from their movements and even their smiles. The stage design of the show gives the audience space for imagination."

Dr. Lian Wenbin, a famous doctor and professor at Taiwan University, said: "All the program were world class. The costumes are pretty. I like Chinese poems, so the program "A Poet's Vision," made a very deep impression on me."

Prof. Liu Jintian, a economics professor at Taiwan University, and his wife, Mrs. Cai, came to the show. Mrs. Cai was deeply touched by the compassionate message in the show. She held this reporter's hand and expressed her appreciation of the show. They both hope that one day people in Mainland China will have the chance to watch the show too.

Prof. Liu said: "The costumes and stage design were amazing and unique. The dances were unique too. The combination of the dances and background scene was perfect. I've never seen such a background."

Mrs. Cai saw the DPA show last year. She said: "The show brought people warm and delightful feelings. The contents were profound; it pursues truthfulness, compassion and beauty, which is a universal language among human beings."

Prof. Liu said: "I hope Chinese people also have happy hearts. I hope they can see this show, and they will enjoy happiness."

The DPA will hold 7 shows in Taichung from March 4 to 8.
