(Clearwisdom.net) (correspondent from Hebei Province) Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liang Xiulan, a registered nurse at the Qian'an City Chinese Medicine Hospital, has been arrested by Chinese Communist Party agents several times. She was brutally tortured and once carried to the court for trial while unconscious. Later she was released and sent home as she appeared to be on the verge of death. However, four months later, she was arrested again.

On September 11, 2009, after lunch, Ms. Liang Xiulan came downstairs from her apartment and was about to start her motorcycle when suddenly a car stopped next to her. Some policemen got out and forced her into the car.

Ms. Liang's daughter was also downstairs. She stopped the police to ask them to release her mother. Then the police wanted to take her as well.

The residents were upset with the police. They said, "She is only a child. Why are you arresting her? Let her go!" Then they told Ms. Liang's daughter to run. Thus she was able to escape.

It was confirmed later that the abductors were police from the Qian'an City National Security Team. After arresting Ms. Liang Xiulan, the police threatened her husband, telling him to take their daughter to the National Security Team, claiming she was obstructing them in their "duties."
