(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Wang Dejun and Mrs. Wang Xianglan are husband and wife. They are from Shandong Weifang Gaomi City, Jiangzhuang Town. On August 31, 2009, when their daughter left for school, officers from Jiangzhuang, hid near their home. These officers ordered officer Gaomi Nanguan policemen to arrest this couple at their rented home. They are detained in the Gaomi Detention Center and are being tortured.

This couple has been persecuted for many years just because they believe in Falun Gong. Ms. Wang Xianglan was sentenced to two years of forced labor.

Mrs. Wang began to practice Falun Gong in 1997. Before she cultivated, she had some strange illness. Her family searched for doctors who could cure her, but to no avail. Only after Falun Dafa was disseminated in Gaomi in 1997 was she fortunate enough to learn the practice, and her illness was cured. Mr. Wang Dejun witnessed her recovery, so he also began to practice Falun Dafa. Since then, the entire family has lived in harmony.

After July 20, 1999, the date when Falun Dafa was banned by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), this couple went to Beijing "{{to appeal}" for the right to practice Falun Gong. They were arrested by officers from Jiangzhuang and taken to the Gaomi Detention Center, where they suffered inhuman torture.

After their release, officers from Jiangzhuang's did not let them live in peace. They lost their freedom. Especially, their daughter was hurt. Even their neighbors agreed that the officers were rude and vicious people.

Around January 1, 2000, several policemen broke into Mr. Wang Dejun's home and confiscated a picture of the founder of Falun Gong. They also threatened that they would arrest them after the Chinese New Year. This couple was forced into homelessness.

In 2001, Mr. Wang and his wife were arrested at a Falun Gong informational materials production site. They were taken to a detention center. Mr. Wang Dejun developed heart trouble. The guards were afraid to take responsibility, so they notified the Jiangzhuang officers and released Mr. Wang. But, Ms. Wang was sentenced to two years at a forced labor camp.

After Mr. Wang returned home, the police continuously harassed him. He left and became homeless again. He had to earn money to support his family. Thus, he could not see his daughter often. His daughter lived with her grandmother.

Her mother was in a forced labor camp and her father was not home. She could not bear such hurt at such a young age. Whenever she saw other children playing with their parents she would cry. In 2003, Mrs. Wang was finally released. The little girl could smile again. Alas, Jiangzhuang police knew that Mrs. Wang had returned home, so they harassed her and demanded she tell them Mr. Wang's whereabouts. Ms. Wang refused to tell them..

During the CCP's two congresses in 2009, Jiangzhuang's police went to Mr. Wang Xianglan's home to harass the family. If they could not find her during the day, they returned at night. She had to hide somewhere else. Her neighbor told her that the police had climbed over the wall to find her several times. Ms. Wang had to leave her home and find work somewhere else, as the little girl's high school tuition fee had to be paid.

On August 31, 2009, Mr. Wang Dejun and Ms. Wang Xianglan were again arrested.
