I am 66 years old. My wife and I began practicing Falun Dafa in 1996. We raise several cows to sell their milk. Before I started practicing Dafa, we mixed water in the milk, but after Dafa cultivation, we stopped doing this. After I started practicing Falun Dafa, my health improved as my xinxing improved. I can easily ride a bicycle with 100 kilograms of milk on it and still feel like someone is pushing me.

1. Setting Aside Personal Gain and Improving Xinxing

After starting Dafa cultivation, I gradually let go of my attachment to pursuing profit. Once, I saw my wife milking cows and she added some water to rinse the milk in the bucket. I said to her that she shouldn't even add a small amount of water to the milk. By adding even a small amount of water, our mind will not be pure and we will not meet the standards of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Now, no matter whether the milk is thin or thick, we never mix water with milk.

I used to keep my own records when I delivered milk to customers and collected fees at the end of each month. Later, when I better understood the Fa, I let my customers keep their own records and settled the accounts at the end of the month. There have been few mistakes since.

Once, an older man gave me a 100 yuan bill to pay for 80 yuan worth of milk, so I gave him back 20 yuan in change. The following day, he told me he was short 100 yuan and insisted that he had given me 200 yuan. I told him it was not possible. Later, I realized that nothing is accidental for a cultivator and it was possible that I owed a debt to him. When I went back, the old man said to me that he knew I would come back. Upon hearing that, I felt really irritated, but I thought: "If it does not irritate a person psychologically, it does not count." I gave him 100 yuan and said to him that if he found the money he could return it to me, but he never did.

Another time, a man working in our area couldn't pay for the milk for his child. He asked to delay the payment until the following month. I agreed, but he kept delaying the payment for several months and owed a total of 120 yuan. When New Year's came, he said he would pay after the New Year and I agreed. Then he left town. I knew that this was a test of my xinxing, so I was unperturbed.

After obtaining the Fa, I felt the changes in my body and mind. Having experienced the greatness of Dafa, I knew I should support Dafa in any way I can. When I went out to deliver milk and meet people with predestined relationships, I would lend them Dafa books. I use my home for group Fa study. I bought a tape recorder, a video player and spent 7,500 yuan for a computer in 1997. After the CCP started to persecute Falun Dafa, my son downloaded Dafa lectures and materials on the computer, which the authorities never found when they came to search my home.

2. Upholding Dafa and Clarifying the Truth

After the persecution started in 1999, I used the opportunity of delivering milk to talk about Falun Dafa with people. Whenever I hear someone saying bad things about Dafa, I'll stop and clarify the truth to them. I tell people: "Before I practiced Falun Gong, I used to add water to the milk. By adding just a little bit of water to each batch of milk, I would net an extra 600 yuan every month. After I started practicing, I stopped adding water to the milk. Wouldn't you say Falun Gong is good?" They agreed. There are other milk vendors who often cannot find enough customers, but I don't have enough milk to keep up with demand.

I often deliver milk to the families of Public Security Bureau personnel. I also deliver milk to the director of the Bureau of Justice. He asked me whether I was still practicing Falun Gong. I said to him that he could see how healthy I was and I hadn't taken any medicine since I started practicing it. I also told him that there were 100 million people practicing it, so just imagine how much it could save our country in medical expenses!

I often met a newspaper delivery boy when I went out to deliver milk. His mind was deeply poisoned by the lies of the Communist Party. I gave him some materials about Falun Gong. After he understood the truth, he shouted: "Falun Dafa is good! Long live Falun Gong!"

I often go to a restaurant to have noodles and talk to people about Falun Dafa and encourage them to recite, "Falun Dafa is good." There was an old man who often went to the restaurant. His daughter worked for the Public Security Bureau. He told people that some people that practiced Falun Gong had committed "self-immolation." When I heard this, I told him that Falun Gong practitioners didn't do it. Every time I saw him, I would speak to him and tell him that the self-immolation was staged by the CCP and that the Communist Party has been telling lies.

I clarified the truth to a police station instructor. After learning the truth, he said that he wanted to practice Falun Gong, but not now. He was afraid of being persecuted by the CCP. He said he would practice it after he retired.

Sometimes people who didn't understand the truth about Falun Gong said to me: "The government doesn't want you to practice and you are still promoting Falun Gong. Do you want to be arrested?" I said, "I cultivate Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to be a good person. Why should I be arrested?

When I deliver milk, I'll put Falun Dafa materials in the milk box so many people can see the materials when they get up in the morning. I usually help deliver Falun Dafa materials to other practitioners when I go out to deliver milk.

In 2001, a practitioner who often delivered truth-clarifying material was arrested. Later, police came to my home, claiming that they wanted to buy cattle. I could tell that these people weren't the type of people who would buy cattle, so I said to them: "You are not here to buy cattle." They said: "We are from the police station. Are you not practicing Falun Gong?" I said: "Yes, I do." They said: "Do you still practice it?" I said: "Yes. It is such a good practice, why shouldn't I practice it?" They found some Falun Dafa materials and Dafa books in my house and arrested me. I was detained for three days at the police station. They wanted to know who delivered material and threatened me that if I didn't cooperate with them, my cows would be starved to death. I insisted on not telling them.

My wife, son, and daughter are all practitioners. When my wife was sent to a forced labor camp, my son had to leave home to avoid persecution. My 80-year-old mother-in-law was left alone at home. She went to the public security bureau to ask for me. I was released after being detained for three months. A policeman came to my house to try and extort 20,000 yuan from me. He said that if I didn't give him the money, he would take my cows. Later, I told a retired police officer, who was my customer, about my situation. He called his son at the Public Security Bureau to help me.

My son was persecuted and forced to leave home. When he returned home in the middle of the night, two groups of police officers blocked our front and back doors and came into the house to search for him. They searched every corner of the house and couldn't find him. In fact, he was hiding in the house. It was because of Teacher's protection that the police could not see him. Later, the police forced me to take them to one of my relatives living nearby. I brought them to the building and told them that I couldn't remember the apartment number. The police started to knock on each door in the middle of the night and caused residents to swear at them. The police were mad. When I got home, my son had left safely.

At that time, police often came to harass and intimidate us, but I never had fear. Later, I just discussed the facts about Falun Gong with them in an upright manner.

3. Understanding the Fa Principles and Transcending Life and Death

After I started cultivation, I became healthy and have never taken any medicine. No matter what kind of sickness manifests itself, I behave in accordance with the requirements of the Fa and maintain my xinxing. My body has changed a great deal. I could feel it was Teacher purifying my body.

Once, I was riding a bicycle on my way to deliver milk. When I was on a hill, a car with a trailer sped up in front of me and then suddenly stopped. I tried to stop, but couldn't avoid running into it. My head hit the trailer. The front fork of my bicycle was bent and the milk spilled everywhere. The car stopped and then immediately drove off. I knew it was an attempt from another dimension to take my life. I stood up and touched my forehead. There was blood, but I pressed it with my hand and went home. After fixing my bike, I put on a new barrel of milk and continued the delivery as if nothing had happened.

In 2004, I appeared to have the symptoms of a stroke. My face and body were twitching and I was drooling. It became more severe, until my mind became unclear. During the family meal, I put my leftover bones back into the serving dish without knowing it. My daughter took me to her home. I sent forth righteous thoughts every day, studied the Fa, and went out to distribute truth-clarification materials. When I went out to distribute the truth-clarification materials, my head became clear and my legs stopped hurting. However, when I got home, my symptoms reappeared. My son-in-law said: "Let's go to the hospital." I said: "Since I started practicing Falun Dafa, I have never thought of going to a hospital." One day, I was alone at home and fell asleep. I dreamed of a past life. I was a teenager standing on a hillside throwing stones. A stone I threw accidentally hit and killed a person. When I heard the sound of the stone hitting the person's head, I suddenly woke up. I thought that this person may have come to reclaim this debt. When my daughter came back, we sent forth righteous thoughts together to seek a benevolent solution with that person. After one hour of sending forth righteous thoughts, my headache disappeared and my body became normal.

4. Establishing a Materials Distribution Site to Save Sentient Beings

In 2003, we moved to a village not far from the city. When we first arrived, the villagers didn't understand us or why we practiced Falun Dafa. We hired a young man to feed the cows. A villager asked him why he dared to work for a family that was not afraid of being killed. The young man told the villagers about our conduct and that we were nothing like the slanderous propaganda that the state-run media published. After some time, through our efforts and dedication, the villagers gradually accepted us.

Once the water pipe in the village broke and leaked a lot of water on the road, and nobody took care of it. In the winter, it formed a thick layer of ice that people had to be careful walking across to avoid slipping. My neighbors and I talked about repairing it. They said that village officials had embezzled the funds for fixing the leakage, so the pipe was left unfixed for a whole year. I said I would donate money and materials and told my neighbors to find people to repair it. I went to buy the pipes, fittings, and started digging trenches. People around the neighborhood came to help, and the broken pipe was quickly repaired and the ice on the road was cleared. Village officials gave wages to the villagers who worked on it. Villagers told the officials that a Falun Gong practitioner provided the pipe materials. The official said that they wouldn't reimburse me since I was not from the village. Later, they paid us for the parts. Through this affair, the villagers were impressed and said that Falun Gong is good.

Usually, we use every opportunity to clarify the truth to the villagers. I hung the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and other materials in plastic bags on corn plants so that villagers could see them when they worked in the field.

Once a car hit a villager. It was the harvest season and he needed help in his field, but he could not find anyone, even when he offered to pay 50 yuan per day. When I heard about it, I volunteered to help and worked for four or five days in a row. I explained the facts about Falun Dafa to the family and helped them to withdraw from the CCP. Afterwards he wanted to pay me, but I refused to accept any money.

Whenever I heard about someone needing help, I would offer my help and then talk about Falun Dafa with them. When the work was done, I didn't accept any money. Later, whenever someone needed help, they would think of me, saying, "Go look for the Falun Gong practitioner." In recent years, we have helped many people. The villagers know the truth about Falun Dafa and many have quit the CCP.

In 2005, we wanted to set up a materials distribution site, but both my wife and I are not educated so it didn't happen. Later, I read an article in Minghui Weekly that an 80-year-old practitioner learned how to operate a computer. We then bought a computer, a printer, and a copier and set up the materials distribution site. With help from fellow practitioners, we started the operation of our distribution site and provided materials for practitioners nearby. I have learned how to print materials and make CD's. In recent years we have participated in many projects in saving sentient beings.

In this final period of the Fa rectification, we want to follow Teacher, do well with the three things and save more sentient beings.
