(Clearwisdom.net) For the past ten years, with Teacher's protection, we have not encountered too many problems at our materials production site, and practitioners who receive informational materials from our site have remained fairly safe. We have also been able to obtain Teacher's lectures, articles, and other important information to create the materials.

My spouse and I are both in our eighties. We felt very fortunate to have started practicing Falun Gong in 1996 and 1997, respectively. We were caught off guard when the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began to brutally persecute Falun Gong on July 20, 1999. What worried us the most was the inability to hear Teacher's voice, and not knowing the progress of the Fa-rectification. We thus had to look for this information on the Internet. In the summer of 2000, we learned from a website about the launch of the Minghui website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net). We were very excited to find this website, where we saw Teacher's photo "Quietly watching the world" and poem "The Knowing Heart" (from Essentials for Further Advancement II). Words could hardly describe how happy we and other practitioners felt.

We began to download and print Teacher's lectures and articles, Minghui editorial articles, announcements, and other important articles, and sharing them with practitioners. At first, our range of distribution was small, and we were very careful expanding it. For security reasons, we contacted practitioners using one-way connections. Some practitioners were elderly and some had moved far away, but as soon as they heard that new information was available, they came to pick up the materials regardless of distance or weather. Their actions really touched our hearts. We also traveled a long distance to bring new information to an elderly practitioner who had difficulty moving around. When the Shen Yun Performing Arts DVD became available, we made many copies of it and gave them to practitioners--we made as many copies as they needed to give out.

We have been continually printing and distributing materials since we began. We have done this because we were able to do so, and wanted to share the information with practitioners in order to cultivate as a group. Some practitioners wanted to give us money to support the site, but we didn't accept their offers since we were able to support the site ourselves.

Although we have had some troubles over the past ten years, we have overcome them with Teacher's help. One of the problems was breaking through the CCP's Internet censorship. At first, we didn't think much about visiting "sensitive" websites. As a result, in less than a year the CCP blocked our access to the Internet. At first we didn't know what to do, but then I found out that a good friend of mine, who sympathized with Falun Gong practitioners, was able to visit the Minghui website. He agreed to inform me every time there was news from the website. I traveled from far away to his place to download the information, and then printed and distributed it after returning home. This situation lasted more than a year. We later got a different computer and an Internet service provider, and eventually were able to get online again. We would like to thank practitioners outside of China who developed the anti-blockade software which has allowed us to visit Minghui, so that we can read Teacher's lectures and study the Fa. In recent years, we have continued upgrading the anti-blockade tools as updates become available and have been able to continuously visit the website.

Another problem we encountered had to do with security. Our environment is very harsh. People have reported us to the authorities, and at times the police have monitored us and searched our home. Thus, the issue of security is extremely important. After we download and print the information, we try to deliver everything to the practitioners and leave nothing at home. Every now and then, we move the printer to conceal it, and we also often delete the information from the computer. The police have searched our place twice and found nothing. We have truly felt Teacher's Fashen protecting us. Practitioners have also helped keep our production site safe by being cautious with their speech. While other materials production sites near our area were destroyed, we kept running ours without a problem.

We have printed and distributed various informational materials according to people's circumstances. We have consequently been able to clarify the truth more efficiently, and the rate that people have been quitting the CCP and its affiliated organizations has been high. Many of our friends and relatives have quit the party. Although practitioners' ability to get people to quit the CCP varies, there has been a steady flow of people withdrawing from the party, and we have been able to submit lists containing names of people wishing to quit the CCP in a timely manner. Because the area where we clarify the truth is not large, we feel that we have not done enough, so we would like to do better and let this little flower grow even more vibrantly.
