(Clearwisdom.net) At 11 a.m. on August 7, 2010, Luo Yonghong, Li Hengyi and other domestic security agents from Tongnan County, Chongqing illegally arrested Mr. Zhang Hongxu and his daughter, Zhang Yuanyuan. On August 24 2010, Mr. Zhang was secretly transferred to the Xishanping Forced Labor Camp in Chongqing for a two-year term. Currently, Mr. Zhang is being tortured in the Seventh Division of the camp. His situation is very urgent. The camp does not allow his family to visit him. Chief Nie also said they could torture him at will and that they have the power and authority to do this.

Mr. Zhang Hongxu was laid off from the Tongnan Coal Construction Company. He started practicing Falun Dafa on March 13, 1998. After the CCP started to persecute Falun Gong in 1999, Mr. Zhang was detained twice by the Tongnan police because he firmly believes in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. In 2000, he was sent to the Xishanping Forced Labor Camp in Chongqing for one year. His term was extended for another year. During the two years, the guards inhumanly tortured Mr. Zhang by using about twenty methods, including military squatting, standing against a wall, frog-style jumping, exposing to sunlight, forced-feeding, and starvation. Mr. Zhang was emaciated, his front teeth were broken, and his nose was fractured. He was force fed three times, and he was twice taken to the hospital for emergency rescue because of incorrect use of feeding tubes. He was on the verge of death many times.

In 2003, after going home, Mr. Zhang Hongxu was often harassed by Zhang Liang who was chief of the county domestic security team at that time. In October 2003, Zhang Liang tried to take him to a brainwashing center. Zhang Hongxu managed to escape and became homeless. In December 2003, Zhang Liang arrested Mr. Zhang Hongxu's wife, Wu Yongmei. She was released after a 54 day hunger strike in the detention center and being on the verge of death. At the time of the 2004 New Year, Zhang Liang and other police officers took his four-year-old daughter, Zhang Yuanyuan, into custody as a hostage.

On August 7, 2010, Mr. Zhang Hongxu and his daughter Yuanyuan were at the home of his friend, Mr. Wang Fenglin. They were taken away at about 11 a.m.

After being arrested again, Mr. Zhang Hongxu could not eat as a result of being tortured. On August 24, 2010, a witness saw a guard carry Mr. Zhang out of the detention center. Mr. Zhang's head was hanging down as if he were unconscious. The guard stuffed him into a police vehicle in a rush. Without informing his family, Luo Yonghong, Li Hengyi and other guards directly sent him to the Xishanping Forced Labor Camp.

After Mr. Zhang was detained in the Seventh Division of the camp, Chief Nie led other guards to send him to the camp hospital and force fed him. Mr. Zhang could not eat anything until October 1, 2010. When he was still weak and required two people to support him while he walked, the guards took him back to the seventh division from the camp hospital.

Currently, Mr. Zhang's condition is of great concern and his family is genuinely calling on the just people to offer help and rescue.
