(Clearwisdom.net) Today's News from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 19 cities or counties in 11 provinces. In this report, 10 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least 45 practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Zhou Xueyan Arrested
On November 9, 2010, Ms. Zhou Xueyan was taken to a brainwashing center from her office by officers from the Nanyang 610 Office and the Henan Provincial 610 Office.

2. [Xiantao City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Zhibin Still Detained
At the end of October 2010, Mr. Zhang Zhibin was still being detained in the brainwashing center in Wuhan City, Hubei Province.
3. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Ke Arrested
Mr. Zhang Ke lives in the Xuzhou Second Village, Jiangan District, Wuhan City. On the morning of November 22, 2010, he was arrested by officers from the Jiangan 610 Office, the Xincun Police Station and personnel from the Xuzhou New Village Community.
4. [Shiyan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Yang Guoxiu Arrested
Ms. Yang Guoxiu lives in the family residential area of the Laohugou Finance Bureau in Shiyan City. On November 12, 2010, she was taken to the brainwashing center which is located behind the Shoukang Supermarket in Laohugou.
5. [Chifeng, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Zhang Lihua Arrested
Ms. Zhang Lihua, in her 40s and from Yuanbaoshan District, Chifeng, was arrested on November 17, 2010.

6. [Li County, Hebei Province] Ms. Xie Hongcai Forced to Become Homeless
On November 5, 2010, Ms. Xie Hongcai, in her 50s and from Chenyanying Village, Qudi Township, Li County, was taken away by officers from the 610 Office. Later on, she managed to walk away. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
7. [Chifeng, Inner Mongolia] Recent Information about Ms. Cui Yueqiu
On November 16, 2010, Ms. Cui Yueqiu was sent to the East Detention Center. She has been on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. She refused to wear the prison uniform or do forced labor. The guards forcibly gave her an intravenous infusion.
8. [Chongqing] Mr. Mi Jialong Arrested by Four Policemen on the Morning of November 16 and His Home Ransacked
9. [Baoji, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Yao Yiqing and Three Other Practitioners Arrested
At 3 p.m. on November 19, 2010, Ms. Yao Yiqing, Ms. Ju Gejuan, Ms. Feng Fenlan and Ms. Du Yujiao from Chencang District, Baoji, went to the Panjiawan Farmers Market to talk to people about Falun Gong. On the bus, they talked to the driver about Falun Gong. However they were reported to the police and arrested by officers from the Chencang 610 Office, the Baoji Administration Center and the Baoji Police Department. Their homes were also ransacked. Now the four practitioners are being detained in the Chencang Detention Center.
10. [Anlu, Hubei Province] Additional Information about Mr. Wang Lidong
Mr. Wang Lidong, in his 40s, was taken away from his home by police on the morning of November 17, 2010. Now he is being detained in the Anlu Detention Center.

11. [Anyue County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Xiaoqiong Arrested
Ms. Li Xiaoqiong is retired from the Anyue Agriculture Bank. In the middle of November 2010, she was arrested by officers from the 610 Office and Domestic Security Team. She was sent to the Erehu Brainwashing Center.
12. [Qingdao, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Ruiying and Ms. Wang Chunhong Detained in the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp
On October 10, 2010, middle-aged Ms. Wang Ruiying and Ms. Wang Chunhong, were arrested by Li Tao and other officers from the Chinese-Korean Frontier Police Station in Laoshan District, where they went out to talk to people about Falun Gong. They were detained in the Dashan Detention Center. Later on they were sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp. Currently, they are being detained in the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp.
13. [Yantai, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Changyong, Ms. Pan Shuqin and Mr. Meng Dejun Arrested
On November 3, 2010, Mr. Meng Dejun from Zhifu District was arrested while putting up self-adhesive Falun Gong posters. On November 12, 2010, Mr. Li Changyong and his wife Ms. Pan Shuqin, from Zhifu District, were arrested while talking to people about Falun Gong.
14. [Manzhouli, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Zhao Minggang Arrested
Mr. Zhao Minggang had been forced to become homeless due to the persecution. In November 2010, he was arrested while out of town and taken back to Manzhouli.
15. [Chongqing City] Additional Information about Arrested Falun Gong Practitioners
On the morning of November 16, 2010, Mr. Zhang Shengquan from Shiqiaopu was arrested. At the same time, Mr. Hu Benxian, Mr. Xiao Wu, Mr. Li Shihua, Ms. Simei and Mr. Wan Yiyi were also arrested. They are being detained in the Wangxiangtai Brainwashing Center in Beipei.
16. [Tianjin] Mr. Xu Guoyong Detained
On November 6, 2010, Mr. Xu Guoyong was reported to police while he was talking to people about Falun Gong at the Duzhuangzi Elementary School. He was arrested by officers from the Duzhuangzi Police Station. The police ransacked his home and took away Falun Dafa books. He is being detained in the Dongli Detention Center.
17. [Beijing] About 20 Falun Gong Practitioners in Mengtougou Arrested
On the afternoon of September 28, 2010, the Shijingshan Police Department dispatched all forces to arrest Falun Gong practitioners in Mentougou District, Shijingshan District, Fengtai and Tongzhou. About 20 practitioners were taken away, including Ms. Zhai Fengxian, Ms. Liu Shufen, Ms. Li Yue'e, Ms. Wang Quanfang, Ms. Li Ximei, Mr. An Heping, Ms. Zhang Xiaoyi, Ms. Zhang Xiaoping, Ms. Li Xiuzhen and her husband, Ms. Li Yaru and her mother, Ms. Yu Zhixi, Ms. Wu Hanying, Mr. Li Yanfu, Ms. Liu Chun, Ms. Lao Chen, Mr. Yang Baoye, Mr. An Degui and Mr. Peng Tianguo. They were first sent to the Shijingshan Detention Center. Mr. Li Yanfu from Tongzhou was transferred to the Beijing Detention Center and others were sent to the Daxing Forced Labor Camp.
18. [Huayuan County, Hunan Province] Ms. Xiao Yongkang Arrested
Ms. Xiao Yongkang, 43 years old, lives in Ebi Village, Huayuan County, Hunan Province. On October 15, 2010, Shi Guangbin, Director of the Huayuan 610 Office, led a group of people to break into her home and take her away. She is being detained in the Huaihua Brainwashing Center, where she was tortured by being handcuffed and hung up for several days.

19. [Chongqing] Ms. Xie Chunxiang Arrested
Ms. Xie Chunxiang, in her 50s, was taken away by officers from the Qingmuguan Town Police Station. She has been sent to the Chongqing Women's Forced Labor Camp for a one-year term.
20. [Chengdu, Sichuan Province] Ms. Qin Mingzhen Taken to the Jinhua Brainwashing Center in Wuhou District
In 2008, Ms. Qin Mingzhen was detained in the Nanmusi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Zhizhong for two and a half years because of her belief in Falun Gong. In November 2010, her term supposedly ended but she was sent directly to the Jihua Brainwashing Center in Wuhou District by personnel from the Wuhou 610 Office.

21. [Jinzhou, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Aijun and Ms. Yu Jinghua Persecuted
At 11 p.m. on October 26, 2010, the police suddenly broke into the home of Mr. Li Aijun. At the time, Mr. Li was not at home. The police then took his wife to the Xinqu Police Station in Songshan, and confiscated about 6,000 yuan that she carried. Later on the police extorted 8,000 yuan from Mr. Li's family. On November 8, 2010, Ms. Yu Jinghua was taken to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.
22. [Changde, Hunan Province] Ms. Peng Donglian Tortured to Death
On November 9, 2010, Ms. Peng Donglian from Li County, Changde City, was arrested. On November 20, 2010, she was tortured to death.
23. [Zhoukou, Henan Province] Mr. Shi Hongyu Arrested
On the morning of November 19, 2010, Mr. Shi Hongyu, a retired officer from the Zhoukou Electricity Bureau, was arrested. His whereabouts are unknown.
24. [Xishui, Hebei province] Ms. Deng Fanghua Arrested
In the middle of November 2010, Ms. Deng Fanghua was arrested by the local police while she talked to people about Falun Gong in Lanxi Town, Xishui. She is detained in the Xishi Second Detention Center.
