(Clearwisdom.net) I have been practicing Falun Dafa for 14 years, and I have not encountered big tribulations under Master’s protection and care. Occasionally, I had some small troubles, but I always corrected myself and was able to make it through the difficulties by studying the Fa. Although I was not able to see other dimensions, I felt Master’s care and mercy, and I understand that “Cultivation is up to you, and gong is up to the master.” (Zhuan Falun). My deepest feeling is that miracles will happen if you firmly believe in Master and the Fa.

In the past decade, I felt that as long as I wanted to save people, Master would give me a hand. Master said,

“Therefore, once people want to practice cultivation, the great enlightened people will value this heart very much and will extend help unconditionally. It is just like the practitioners sitting here today. If you want to practice cultivation, I can help you unconditionally. ”(Zhuan Falun)

Especially for practitioners who started cultivation before the persecution, Master already told us that he pushed us to the highest position. Actually I think that Falun Dafa practitioners are similar to those who do reverse cultivation. While we have good inborn quality, the requirements for our xinxing are very strict. We must be strict with ourselves in cultivation and do the three things well.

I went to appeal to the central government on July 20, 1999. Later, we were detained in a big stadium and released late at night. The next day when I went to work, many colleagues asked me to quit practicing Falun Gong because they knew how the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) would torture people. There are also some people who attacked me and laughed at me because they were deceived by the CCP’s propaganda.

I decided to clarify the truth to people that were deceived by the CCP’s propaganda. I followed the requirements of the Fa, and worked with a fellow practitioner to discuss the facts about Falun Dafa to our colleagues. In the beginning we just discussed the effects of healing and keeping fit, and received good results. We studied the Fa at lunch together. We distributed informational materials and the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party openly to the boss, every staff member, as well as visitors. Not long afterwards, many of them realized the truth about Falun Gong and quit the CCP.

I continued discussing the facts about Falun Gong face to face after the persecution began. At that time, I only knew that Falun Gong was good and Dafa disciples would not be scared. However, I knew it was very important to study the Fa. I study the Fa, do the exercises and send forth righteous thoughts every day. Through the path of cultivation, I understand more about how to “"Validate the Fa with rationality, clarify the truth with wisdom, spread the Fa and save people with mercy." ("Rationality" from Essentials for Further Advancement II). With the wisdom given by Master, discussing the facts about Dafa face to face became very simple. Most of the people agreed that Falun Dafa is good, or they quit the CCP. I would always discuss Falun Dafa whenever and wherever I could.

In the beginning, I had lots of attachments. If someone I talked to quit the CCP, I would be happy, otherwise I would become very upset for several days and did not want to clarify the truth any more. Once, I went to a big mall and clarified the truth to five people on the ground floor very smoothly. I then thought about going upstairs and clarifying the truth to more people. When I got to the third floor, the people there started to laugh at me loudly when I just began talking. I got scared and angry and left. I could not calm down even when I got home. I looked inward, and realized that I went upstairs not because I wanted to save people. Instead, I wanted to increase the number of people that quit the CCP that I was responsible for. My motive was not pure.

While clarifying the truth, I got rid of many attachments and became more tolerant.

I was deeply touched by two people. Once, I clarified the truth to an old lady and told her that she would benefit from reciting “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!” She was so excited and said, “I am saved! Thank you so much!” Then she wanted me to write it down so that she would not forget it. And she gave me her home address and telephone number and invited me to visit her. Also, this year, I distributed the Shen Yun DVD to a woman near the central government. She asked me what the DVD was about, and I said it was about traditional Chinese culture. She asked why I distributed this, so I said, “Don’t you think we should revive Chinese traditional culture?” She was happy to hear this and asked for one more for her friend.

A harmonious family is the result of doing the three things well. My husband was against my practicing Falun Gong in the beginning. He said, “How about doing other exercises instead of practicing Qigong?” I replied, “I will give Falun Gong a try for three months. If you find there is anything wrong, I will give it up.”

My husband witnessed the miracle of Dafa very soon. One day I felt very uncomfortable and fell down to the ground and hit my head. I lost consciousness right away and my head was bleeding. My husband thought that my life was in danger. My son tried to call the ambulance but could not get through on the phone. Then, I suddenly woke up. My husband told me what had happened. I had had persistent headaches when I was very young. I told him I felt much better and did not go to the hospital. The next day, I went to work as usual and I felt very good. Seeing my good condition, my husband agreed with my practicing.

After the persecution of Falun Dafa started, my husband was very scared and told me to practice in secret and not clarify the truth to other people. When he discovered that I distributed truth clarifying materials, he became scared and monitored me closely. Once, my husband's friends invited us to a party. I went to the party and clarified the truth. He was outraged when we got home and threatened me with a divorce. I told him that my life was saved by Master and we saved a large amount of money from not having to pay medical expenses. I didn’t do anything wrong.

He came to know the truth gradually and became very supportive. He would even give me a hand when I went out to distribute flyers.

I started to print informational materials myself at home in 2005. He helped me purchase the equipment. When we bought a very big and heavy paper cutter, he was a bit scared and asked where we could hide it at home. The next day, I used it for the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. I told him that the cutter worked so well and saved me lots of time. He was very happy to hear that.

I realized that Master will give me everything as long as I have the desire to save people. Recently, I found that I might need another printer. My husband agreed right away when we discussed it. Several days after we bought a new printer, his boss gave him a 9,000 yuan bonus. In addition, his stomach problems went away, his work became very smooth and we were able to buy our second house.

Our son is also a practitioner. He became very healthy after practicing and got a very good job after he graduated from a prestigious university. Some of our friends started to practice when they saw how much our family benefited from Falun Gong.

I realized that when clarifying the truth, we should let go of our attachment to ourselves. The result will be good if we only care about how to help people learn the truth.

I also have many attachments. For example, I encounter disturbances if I forget to send forth righteous thoughts, and sometimes I am too lazy to clarify the truth. I will be more diligent and do what we should do well to fulfill our prehistoric vows.
