On the night of September 24, 2011, Mr. Chen Zhongxuan and his wife, along with Mr. Jin Yaowu and his wife Ms. He Yuhu, from Huining County, were reported to the police while they were clarifying the truth at the Zhongchuan Township, Huining County. Although Mr. Chen managed to escape, the other three were arrested. On September 26, 2011, the three practitioners were taken to the Baiyin Detention Center.

While they were talking to people about Falun Gong on September 24, 2011, Ms. Wang Ping and Ms. Liu Jie were arrested by plainclothes officers from the Yongchun Town Police Station, Chaoyang District, Changchun City. Their homes were ransacked, and they are currently held at the Weizigou Detention Center.

On the afternoon of September 27, 2011, officers from the Hengshui City 610 Office, Domestic Security Division, together with officers from the Fucheng County Police Department, stormed into Ms. Song Chanzeng's home in Xiaogaozhuang, Matou Town, Fucheng County. They illegally confiscated a cell phone and a computer, together valued at several thousand yuan. The police kicked and punched Ms. Song and forced her into a vehicle. They then took her to a brainwashing center in Hengshui City.

On September 17, 2011, Ms. Wang Jiangrong and Ms. Hu Zhaoxiang from Tianmen City were reported while they were clarifying the truth. They were arrested by officers from the Henglin Town Police Station, Tianmen City and taken to the Tianmen City Detention Center. Although Ms. Hu has been released, Ms. Wang was sentenced to prison. On September 27, 2011, Ms. Wang was taken to the Hongshan Women's Prison, Wuhan City.

On the night of September 21, 2011, Mr. Liu Qi and Ms. Wang Xiulan from Xiangheyuan, Chaoyang District, Beijing were arrested while distributing truth-clarification materials. The police illegally confiscated Dafa books and a computer from their homes.

Mr. Li Liandong from Yangyuan County, Zhangjiakou City was sentenced to three years of forced labor in 2008. After the term expired at the end of July 2011, he was directly taken to the Zhangjiakou City Brainwashing Center by officers from the Yangyuan County 610 Office. Forty-one days after being held at the Zhangjiakou City Brainwashing Center, he was picked up by officers from the Xicheng Town 610 Office, Yangyuan County and taken back to Yangyuan County.
