In the morning of October 20, 2011, Ms. Zhang Huifu was arrested near her home by Xuxu and several officers from the Daqing Road Police Station. She is being held at the Harbin No. 3 Detention Center.

On October 23, 2011, Mr. Wang Lina was arrested by officers from the Dongli District Residence Police Station. She is being held at the Harbin No. 3 Detention Center.

On the morning of October 31, 2011, Ms. Wang was arrested by officers from the Shuiji Police Station for speaking with people about Falun Gong at a labor market in the Wenzhou Trade Center. She returned home at around 10:00 a.m. that night.

On the morning of November 1, 2011, Ms. Ji Zhongmei, who lives in Xichengzi Village, Biguo Town, Zhaoyuan City, was arrested by Jin Guangyao and other officers for distributing pamphlets about Falun Gong.

5. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhou Fenglan and Another Practitioner Arrested

On the evening of November 1, 2011, Ms. Zhou Fenglan and another male practitioner from Huishan Street in the Shenbei New District were followed and arrested by officers from the Huishan Police Station. The police ransacked Ms. Zhou's home and confiscated Dafa books and other personal belongings.

Ms. Zhou was beaten in the police station. She had bruises on her face and body. She escaped afterward. The other practitioner is still being held in custody.
