Booth visitors sign the petition to condemn the persecution of Falun Gong
This year, the Falun Gong booth was located in a prominent position next to the fair's concession stand. Many people stopped at the practitioners' booth to watch the Falun Gong exercise demonstration and take materials.
At the fair, Falun Gong practitioners also prepared hand-folded paper lotus flowers, and gave them to visitors, explaining to them that the lotus flower, which grows up out of the muddy swamp, represents the pure hearts of Falun Dafa practitioners who follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance despite the brutal persecution.
People were appalled to learn how brutally Falun Gong has been persecuted by the CCP, and many of them signed the petition calling for an end to the persecution.
