(Clearwisdom.net) Anyang 610 Office agents, along with officers from the Anyang City Domestic Security Division, Wenfeng Police Station, and Ziwei Boulevard Office followed Ms. Liu Fenglan on the afternoon of November 1, 2011, when she was out, and subsequently arrested her.
Around 6:00 p.m. that same day, more than a dozen perpetrators pried open the door to Ms. Liu's home, and ransacked the entire house. Ms. Liu's elderly husband was helpless and has reached the limit of his psychological endurance.
According to an insider, some people are currently staked outside of Ms. Liu's residence.
Since the persecution of Falun Gong started in July 1999, Ms. Liu has often been harassed by local 610 Office agents and neighborhood committee staff. She has been subjected to detention and forced labor many times.
Ms. Liu used to suffer from migraine headaches, long-term colds, and poor health, which caused her to have a short temper. She sought medical treatment and took medicine for years, causing her tongue to become black. After practicing Falun Gong, all of her illnesses disappeared, she was able to control her temper, and her family life became harmonious.
Ms. Liu was arrested in 1999 when she traveled to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong. After she was released from her second detention in 2002, her mother-in-law was critically ill. Ms. Liu would buy anything that her mother-in-law wanted to eat. Once she searched for two days before she was able to buy some sweet potatoes that her mother-in-law wanted. After she cooked and delivered a sweet potato to her mother-in-law, she no longer wanted to eat it. Ms. Liu didn't complain, and tried her best to keep her mother-in-law comfortable until she passed away several months later. Ms. Liu is highly regarded by her neighbors.
