1. [Kangping County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Han Jun Arrested
Mr. Han Jun was arrested at his store the morning of October 20, 2011, and taken to a brainwashing center. Participating in the arrest were Sun Huijiu, Shajin Township deputy head; Yin Xiyang, police station chief; and two officers from the Kangping County Police Department.

2. [Ning County, Gansu Province] Circumstances of Ms. Fan Juncao
Ning County Domestic Security Division head Hu Ningsheng, along with political head Jia Zhonghong and two other officers, broke into Ms. Fan Juncao's home on October 13, 2011. When they attempted to take her fingerprints, she fiercely resisted. The police dragged her out of her home and continued dragging her on the ground until reaching an elementary school down the road.
The elementary school principal denounced the police's behavior. The police then took Ms. Fan to the Ning County Police Department, where they tortured her with the tiger bench and put her in shackles and handcuffs. They grabbed her hands to get her fingerprints on a document.
3. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhong Junfang Arrested
Zhou Wenhua, head of the Jianwei Political and Judiciary Committee, and several police officers broke into Ms. Zhong Junfang's clothing store the evening of August 10, 2011. They arrested her, Mr. Yu Faquan, Ms. Chen Baoqiong, and three other practitioners. They confiscated Ms. Zhong's money from the sale of her residence and including 3,000 yuan in cash that a friend had entrusted to her. The confiscated personal belongings also included her working capital to operate her business, a computer, a printer, and a CD burner.
Ms. Zhong is on a persecution protest hunger strike. Her life is in danger, and she was taken to a hospital for emergency care. She is still being detained.
Mr. Yu Faquan was handcuffed when he was arrested. The police took him back to his home to ransack it. His computer, printer, CD burner, and other personal belongings were taken.

Ms. Wang Hongyan was arrested on June 29, 2011, and has been held in the Jilin City Detention Center. It is said that Shulan City Court officials have sentenced her to four years in prison. Ms. Wang has been on a persecution protest hunger strike for three and a half months. She is being force-fed daily and injected with unknown substances many times. She is emaciated.

9. [Guang'an, Sichuan Province] Ms. Xu Xiaolan Arrested
Guang'an Political and Judiciary Committee head Wang Zhonghai and Huaying City Political and Judiciary Committee head Wang Wang broke into Ms. Xu Xiaolan's parents' home the morning of October 13, 2011. Ms. Xu is retired from the Huayng City Mining Affairs Bureau. The two perpetrators arrested Ms. Xu and took away her printer, computer, and other personal belongings.
10. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Shiying's Prison Term Extended
Jiaozhou City 610 Office agents arrested 58-year-old Ms. Li Shiying, formerly employed at the Jiaozhou City Department Store, on October 9, 2007, and sentenced her to four years in prison. She has been held in the Shandong Women's Prison in Jinan City. Her term expired two weeks ago, but the prison hasn't released her yet.

Mr. Li Pingsuo and his son, Mr. Li Handing, have been detained for more than four months. The father and son will be tried in Ruichang Court.

14. [Bengbu City, Anhui Province] Ms. Wang Lu Covertly Detained
Ms. Wang Lu, 48, former Bengbu City No. 3 Hospital nurse-in-charge, was arrested the morning of September 15, 2011. Officers from the Bengbu Police Department and the Linquan Domestic Security Division made the arrest. Ms. Wang was held in the Bengbu City Detention Center and transferred to an undisclosed location in Hefei City on October 12.
Ms. Wang was previously subjected to forced labor twice since July 1999.

It is learned that Ms. Zhu Weiying is unable to walk as a result of physical abuse and mistreatment; Ms. Wu Xiaohua is also unable to walk and has lost bladder and bowel control; Ms. Li Mei is forced to stand still for a long time daily.

Ms. Yan Jinhua was arrested and her home ransacked. Her bank book, a computer, a printer, and other personal belongings were confiscated. She held a nine-day persecution protest hunger strike. She was force-fed a highly concentrated salt solution, causing her extreme pain. Ms. Yan is emaciated, and her hair has turned white.

It is learned that seven practitioners were arrested on September 25, 2011, as they distributed Shen Yun performance DVDs in Dutou Village, Youlan Township, Nanchang County. Ms. Hu Huomei may be sentenced to imprisonment; Li, Zhao, and Chen were each sentenced to forced labor for two years; Tang, Xia, and Zuo were each sentenced to one year of forced labor.

Guangying Police Station officers in the Chaoyang District arrested 46-year-old Ms. Zhang Xiaojuan at work the morning of September 22, 2011. The police searched her purse at the police station and confiscated her cell phone, bank deposit card, keys, and other personal belongings. Ms. Zhang has been held in custody for more than a month, and there has been no additional information about her.
