(Clearwisdom.net) On December 13, 2010, at about 10:00 a.m., Wang Xunjie, head of the Hengtoushan Police Station in Jiamusi City, along with Dong Hongsheng from the Huachuan County National Security Brigade, Jia You and others, climbed over a wooden fence and entered the home of Zou Xiuwen, a Falun Gong practitioner in Hengtoushan Town. They forcefully took practitioner Song Huilan, and Ms. Liu Fengping and her daughter Ms. Wang Dan, into custody. They tried to extract a so-called confession from Song Huilan by torture at the Huachuan County National Security Brigade. She refused to answer any of the policemen's questions, and instead continuously clarified the facts about Falun Gong to them. Afterwards they locked her up in Huachuan County Detention Center.
Ms. Song protested by going on a hunger strike, and she eventually became very weak. Zhang Qingfeng, Wang Dabao, and Zhang Xiaomou tied her to a bed and stretched her limbs out in different directions. She was immobilized, and then force-fed. Every day they inserted a thick tube down her throat twice. Each time they poured food down her throat three times. The pain in her stomach was unbearable, and she spit up blood and lost two teeth. Once while savagely force-feeding her, they punched her in the head.
Song Huilan didn't know that they had put a drug or substance in the cold millet gruel that they had force-fed her with, which was causing her to have diarrhea. Even though she was in such poor physical condition, they did not release her. Her clothes were soiled and wet with urine. The whole bed was soaking wet. They took her to Huachuan County People's Hospital because she was so weak. There, she was force-fed every day through an intravenous drip.
Song Huilan is now locked up in the Tangyuan County Detention Center. Her daughter went there to see her, but Zhou Jinze, the deputy political commissar of the Public Security Bureau, refused to let her see her mother.
