(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Xue Zhongyi’s jail term ended on March 7, 2011. However, he was immediately transferred to another facility. No one knows his whereabouts now.
On March 7, Mr. Xue’s wife and their seven-year-old son traveled from Yueyang City of Hunan Province to Jinshi Prison to bring Mr. Xue home. But Song Jianping, chief of the Education Department of the Jinshi Prison, and another person with the last name of Li who claimed to be the deputy chief transferred Mr. Xue into the custody of four unidentified personnel each from Baolun Township of Lizhou District, Guangyuan City of Sichuan Province. These four claimed to be from the Armed Forced Department, Political and Law Committee, Township Government (Li Zhaokui) and the Police Unit (Lin Liang) of the Baolun Township.
At the time Mr. Xue’s wife protested the transfer and persistently demanded that the prison release Mr. Xue. The prison sent about a dozen husky policemen prepared to rough up Mrs. Xue. Mrs. Xue yelled at them: “How dare you!” The policemen lined up in two rows and, together with six others , forced Mr. Xue into the car driven by the four people from Sichuan Province. They claimed that Mrs. Xue did not have the right to take Mr. Xue home. Only the “610” Office and the Political and Law Committee had the right to take Mr. Xue.
Mr. Xue Zhongyi was from Baolun Township of Lizhou District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. He was running a breakfast vending business in Yueyang City of Hunan Province. On March 8, 2008, Mr. Xue was arrested by a group of policemen (Jiang Chao, Fu Wei, Tang Jianming, etc.) from the National Security Unit of Lou District police sub-division of Yueyang City. His home was ransacked. Mr. Xue was cruelly interrogated and tortured. He was beaten, handcuffed, forced to do hard labor and deprived of sleep for several days and nights in a row. On December 17, 2008, Mr. Xue was illegally sentenced to a 3-year jail term and imprisoned in the Jinshi Prison of Hunan Province. That year his son was only 4.
When Mr. Xue’s sister, Xue Li, learned of her brother’s arrest, she left behind a 90-year old mother and two young children and traveled from Sichuan province to rescue her brother. In October 2008, Ms. Xue Li was also arrested and detained in the Hubin Detention Centre for 10 days. On March 30, 2009, Ms. Xue Li was again arrested by the Meixixiang Police Unit of Lou District police sub-division of the Yueyang City. She was later illegally sentenced by the Yueyang City Lou District Court to a 3-year jail term. During that time, Xue Li’s family members went to see Judge Xu and tried to persuade him to be a person of conscience and morals. Judge Xu retorted: “How much is one kilo of ‘moral’ worth!”
