Daqing Prison
On February 21, 2011, Li Weilong led Zhu Wenwu, deputy head of the Prison Management Division, and anti-riot team members Zhang Guohui, Kan Bailiang, and Gao Zhonghai to the second ward for an inspection. During the inspection, Li Weilong saw that Mr. Zhang Kuiwu wasn't in prison uniform and ordered him to change into the uniform. Mr. Zhang did not cooperate, so Li Weilong ordered several inmates to drag him out of the cell and beat him with wooden sticks, striking his head, arms, and legs. Zhu Wenwu used a police baton to beat him. Others kicked his chest with their boots, injuring his chest and making it difficult for him to breathe the next day.
During the beating, Mr. Zhang kept shouting, “Falun Dafa is good!” Zhang Guohui forced snow into his mouth in an attempt to stop his shouting. Finally, they stripped off his clothes down to his underwear, then threw snow on him. Mr. Zhang was covered with blood after the 20 minutes of torture.
