(Clearwisdom.net) On April 25, Falun Gong practitioners from Munich held activities in front of the Chinese Consulate, commemorating the peaceful April 25 Appeal and calling for the end of the persecution of Falun Gong.

Practitioners opened banners, set up truth-clarifying display boards, did group exercises, and passed out brochures in front the Chinese consulate. Many people took the materials and signed the petition.
Ms. Pan Huiqin is a practitioner from Beijing. She personally attended the April 25 Appeal. She said that the appeal was self-organized and peaceful. “We are a cultivation group. Our goal is to end the persecution, and we are not interested in political power. The Chinese Communist Party has done many bad things, so they are afraid of a group that obeys the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The Party claimed that they would eliminate Falun Gong in three months. It has been 12 years, but Falun Gong spreads to every corner in the world. So, the evil can never defeat righteousness. We clarify the truth of Falun Gong and expose the brutal persecution. Our purpose is to end the persecution.”
It was a holiday in Germany on April 25, so there were many people outside. They watched the group exercises and asked for detailed information on Falun Gong.
Christopher, a local artist, said that he signed the petition because he felt sad because the Communist Party was violating human rights. “People are being persecuted in a country with such a long history. I give them my best wishes,” he said.
Alex Woodheat, an American student, said that it is important to stop the persecution. He believed that people from other countries should pay more attention to the persecution. He told practitioners that he has many Chinese friends in the USA and that he likes China.
