(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioner Ms. Pan Lingyun, in her thirties, from Zunyi City in Guizhou Province, was illegally sentenced to three years in prison on March 18, 2011. CCP personnel have sent her to a labor camp and a brainwashing center.
Domestic Security Team agents from Zunyi City ordered personnel from Zhangzhen Town to arrest Ms. Pan Lingyun on November 1, 2010 on her way home from work. They took her house keys from her bag, barged into her house and confiscated informational materials about Falun Dafa and a computer, and then arrested her. They recorded that she had more than 10,000 Falun Gong related items. They took her mother, Ms. Zhao Zhenshu, into custody at the same time. Both mother and daughter were detained in the “learning class,” where they were made to undergo brainwashing and were further persecuted in Banshanshuiku, Zunyi City.
Ms. Pan went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. Mother and daughter often shouted, “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!" CCP agents handcuffed and hung the women up in public. Refusing to be “reformed”, they were transferred to the Zunyi City No. 2 Detention Center on November 6, 2010. When they arrived, they were stripped and body searched. They were monitored all the time, even while sleeping.
CCP personnel tried Ms. Pan on March 18, 2011. She defended herself and wrote a letter explaining the facts about Falun Dafa, to be used as a statement in court. Her mother Zhao Zhenshu was transferred a month later to a legal reformatory center in Jinzhu Town, the Xiaohe District, in Guiyang City.
Honghuagang District Police agents had previously arrested Ms. Pan Lingyun on February 21, 2008 on her way home. She was taken back to her house, which was ransacked. She was then incarcerated in Zunyi City No. 2 Detention Center, sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor, and then transferred to the Zhongba Farm in Guiyang City for further persecution.
