Greetings to Master!
Greetings to everyone!

My name is Tian Yuan, meaning Heavenly Predestined, just as Master said in Zhuan Falun, “Everyone sits here all because of a predestined relationship.” I’m now six and a half years old. In November 2004, I was born in Royal North Shore Hospital. Just half an hour after I was born, Grandma held me in her arms and said to me, “Falun Dafa Hao! (Falun Dafa is great!) Zhen Shan Ren Hao! (Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is great!) Tian Yuan, Tian Yuan, you must remember this.” She also told me, “You came from the heavens before the end of Fa-rectification and just in time to obtain Dafa. How wonderful!”

After I was one and half years old, every morning Grandma would ask me, "Tian Yuan, what is the first thing that we shall do today?” I would answer, "Watch Master’s lectures!" I would then watch or listen while I was playing. When it was time to sleep, Grandma would sing the song Falun Dafa Hao until I fell asleep. It was like this almost every day and thus, I was fortunately accompanied with Dafa every day.

I was able to recite Lunyu soon after I turned two and already learned quite a few poems from Hong Yin when I was three years old. Starting from my fifth birthday until my sixth birthday, with the help and encouragement from my grandma, my mum and fellow practitioners of the Eastwood group, I finished reading Zhuan Falun in Chinese word by word three times. Currently, I still have a few pages left before I finish reading for the fourth time.

From studying the Fa, I understood that “Zhen-Shan-Ren is the Sole Criterion to Discern Good and Bad People.” When other little children swore at me or hit me, sometimes I might have to cry; however, I would not swear or hit back.

Last year, when I was in kindergarten, I participated in the 2010 National Chinese Eisteddfod for native speakers with my schoolmates and won third place in the four-to-six-year-olds’ group competition. I also won third place in the group of four to six individuals as a native speaker. Since February, when I started first grade up, up until now, I have finished reading over 300 children’s books in English. I could achieve all of this because Dafa made me intelligent.

When I was little, I sat in a stroller and Grandma took me out to distribute Falun Gong flyers in the neighborhood. When I was three years old, I could distribute the flyers along one side of the street while Grandma was on the other side. I could speak to people in English or Chinese, “Please remember Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.” People were often delighted and said to me, “Thank you!” or, “What a clever girl!”

I could also sometimes help Grandma to clarify the truth and save people. Once, we were waiting for the train at Eastwood train station. There was a lady with sunglasses with her daughter commenting on how pretty I looked. I said, “I look pretty because I studied Falun Dafa.” The lady took off her sunglasses and asked how old I was. I told her I was five. She turned to ask my grandma, “How come such a little child already believes in Falun Gong?” Grandma said, “Because Falun Gong saved her life!” Then Grandma asked me to explain to the lady how Dafa saved me.

I told her that when I was four years old, once at dinnertime a fish bone stuck in my throat. It hurt when I drank water. I couldn’t swallow anything. I cried loudly and it hurt more when I breathed. Grandma told me, “Try to ask Master for help!” So I endured the pain with tears still falling down, put my palms together in the Heshi position like this [palms pressed together in front of the chest], facing Master’s portrait, and said: "Falun Dafa Hao! Zhen Shan Ren Hao! [Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!] Tian Yuan shall always remember. Could Master please get rid of Ka Ka (referring to the thing that got stuck in my throat) for me?” After that, grandma took me back to dinner. There was no more Ka Ka in my throat. Grandma told them that the whole thing happened in merely three minutes.

With their eyes wide open, they both said: "How amazing it is!” The lady said, “Previously there have been many who told me that Falun Gong is good and talked to me about quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations, but I was never convinced. This time I am convinced. This little girl is telling the truth.” My grandma said to her, “Quit the CCP to keep yourself safe.” She agreed happily. Her daughter also quit the affiliated organization, the Young Pioneers. When it was time to say farewell, we gave them our best wishes and asked them to always remember “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!” They kept thanking us.

When I was little, I was in dangerous situations quite a few times. It has always been Dafa that saved me. From now on, I will study the Fa diligently, and not be afraid when the Chinese characters are difficult to understand. I will not always think of playing. I will remember the words that Master said to us in “To the Australia Fa Conference,” “Don't just go through the motions when you study the Fa. You should study with a concentrated mind, and you must really be studying.” I will also do the exercises well and learn to send righteous thoughts.

Finally, let us recite together Master's poem, “Harmonizing with Fa:”

Buddha’s light illuminates everywhere,
Propriety and justice are perfected and illuminated.
Together, wholeheartedly strive upward,
The path ahead is bright.

Falun Dafa Hao! Zhen Shen Ren Hao!
