She was then sent to Shaanxi Province Women's Forced Labor Camp. While she was talking with people about Falun Dafa on November 5, 2001, Ms. Zhao was again arrested, this time by Liu Zhiyong, an officer from the 610 Office of Xianyang Police Branch. She was taken to Qindu District Detention Center and then sent to Shaanxi Women's Forced Labor Camp to serve a two and a half year term.
