1. [Bin County, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information Regarding Arrests of Ms. Zhao Yungu, Ms. Liu Shuhai, and Ms. Chen Liyun
Ms. Zhao Yungu and Ms. Liu Shumei were illegally arrested on the street in Bin County on the morning of June 23, 2011. Officers from the Harbin City Police Department, the Bin County Police Department and the Xicheng Police Station made the arrests.
The officers and someone from a locksmith company entered Ms. Zhao's home and confiscated 180,000 yuan in cash, two notebook computers, one desktop computer and four printers.
They also broke into Ms. Chen Liyun's home by smashing the windows of her home with a ladder. They confiscated two bankbooks that registered deposits totaling 170,000 yuan; 40,000 yuan in cash; a desktop computer, a printer, a photosensitive seal-carving machine; nearly 1,000 seals, and more than 20 containers of photosensitive oil, worth nearly 10,000 yuan.
Ms. Zhao is currently held in the Bin County Detention Center. Ms. Liu and Ms. Chen are held in the Harbin No. 2 Detention Center.

2. [Pengshan County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Li Qinyin Transferred to Meishan City Detention Center
Mr. Li Qinyin was recently transferred to the Meishan City Detention Center.
3. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Han Jinling Arrested
Ms. Han Jinling from the Jinzhou District was arrested downstairs of her apartment building on the afternoon of June 29, 2011. A group of plainclothes officers from the Youyi Police Station in the Jinzhou District made the arrest. Ms. Han is currently in the Yaojia Detention Center.
According to eyewitnesses, the police taped Ms. Han's mouth with adhesive tape, seized the key to her home, and confiscated her Falun Gong books, a computer and a printer.

6. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Practitioner from Hanting District Arrested
A practitioner from the Hanting District in Weifang City was arrested on his way to work on the morning of June 24, 2011. Hanting District plainclothes police officers made the arrest. They took the keys to his home and garage from him, and entered and ransacked his home in his family's absence. The officers confiscated more than ten copies of Falun Gong books, Falun Gong founder's photo, a computer, an MP5 player and a MP3 player, 1,500 yuan in cash, two cell phones and other personal belongings.
The practitioner was held in the Weifang Detention Center for eight days. He went on a hunger strike to protest the unlawful detention, but was sent to the Weifang City No. 2 People's Hospital for force-feeding on his fifth day of the hunger strike. He was released on July 1.
7. [Jingzhou City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liang Xinzhi Detained
Ms. Liang Xinzhi from the Shashi District in Jingzhou City was arrested by local 610 Office agents on June 21, 2011. One week later the 610 Office agents lied to Ms. Liang's family that she was sent to the provincial brainwashing facility, when she was actually sent to the Shashi District No.1 Detention Center. Ms. Liang is in poor condition as a result of the persecution.

8. [Fuyu County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Sun Jingjie Arrested, Ms. Ma Yan Escaped
While Ms. Ma Yan and Ms. Sun Jingjie were working at the Industrial and Commercial Bureau on July 4, 2011, Fuyu County deputy Party secretary Han Yongzhan, along with officer Hou Xinzhu and others from the Xinhua Police Station, attempted to arrest them and send them to the Qiquihar Brainwashing Center. Ms. Ma was able to escape, but Ms. Sun was taken away.

9. [Chongqing] Mr. Zou Xiaojun Harassed
Female Xinqiao Police Station officer Luo and other agents from the Shapingba District harassed Mr. Zou Xiaojun at home at noon on June 30, 2011, pressuring him to sign a guarantee statement promising to stop clarifying the facts about Falun Gong. Mr. Zou firmly refused.
That same evening, Xinqiao Community Party committee head Lu Ping and others again arrived at Mr. Zou's home, demanding for him to sign the guarantee statement. Mr. Zou once again firmly refused.
10. [Guang'an, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wang Xiaoqing Illegally Sentenced to Prison
Huaying City Court officials' attempt to openly sentence Ms. Wang Xiaoqing on May 17, 2011, was unsuccessful. They covertly handed her a sentence of three and a half years of imprisonment on June 23, 2011. Ms. Wang is currently held in the Huaying City Detention Center.
11. [Chongqing] Ms. Peng Dongjun Arrested and Held in a Brainwashing Facility
Ms. Peng Dongjun was unlawfully arrested on June 24, 2011, and incarcerated in a brainwashing facility.
12. [Guangdong Province] Mr. Huang Seriously Injured From Police Beatings
Mr. Huang from Guangdong Province was arrested in March 2011 as he spoke with people about Falun Gong in Qingyuan. The police instructed security guards to beat him. The beatings left him seriously injured. There is no available information to confirm if he is alive.

Mr. Gao Changjiang from the Acheng District was arrested on July 2, 2011, by officers from the Jinshangjing Police Station. He is currently held in the Archeng District No. 2 Detention Center.

Mr. Wang Kui, an employee of the Daqing City Underground Work Sub-Company, has been incarcerated in the Wuchang Brainwashing Center for nearly three months. He has difficulty walking and needs others' support to move around.

Ms. Zhu Xiyu was sent to prison on July 5, 2011.
16. [Mohe City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Yushu Imprisoned for over Nine Years in Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison
Ms. Li Yushu, 62, former Amuer Forestry Bureau Education Committee director in Daxing'anling, was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment in May 2002. She has been incarcerated in the Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison for more than nine years so far. There, she was subjected to beatings, placed in a small cell, and locked up in solitary confinement six times. She has held a nearly 7-year hunger strike, on and off, to protest the persecution, and is emaciated.
17. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Dong Xiuqin Tortured in Prison, Recently Released
Ms. Dong Xiuqin, 56, a former teacher at the Chaoyang Street Elementary School in Lingyuan City, was arrested in August 2007 and later sentenced to imprisonment and held in the Dabei Prison in Shenyang City. She was deprived of sleep, forced to sit on a small bench, placed in solitary confinement, and shocked with electric batons. Two criminal inmates were assigned to monitor her. One of her teeth was knocked off during a force-feeding. Ms. Dong developed severe diabetes symptoms and her health has deteriorated as a result of the mistreatment. She was sent to the prison hospital and was injected with unknown substances that damaged her central-nervous system. As a result, she has become absent-minded, her eyes look dull, and she is unable to take care of herself. She was recently released from prison.
18. [Shanwei City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Huang Shuyuan Forced to Stay Away from Home to Avoid Persecution
Mr. Huang Shuyuan from Jiesheng Town has been forced to live away from home since 1999 to avoid the persecution.
Shanwei City 610 Office head He Huixiong and others ransacked Mr. Huang's home some time after 2002 and held Mr. Huang's father in a local detention center overnight. They forced Mr. Huang's father to slander Falun Gong before releasing him. These agents then ransacked Mr. Huang's home again and seized his ID card, while plainclothes police officers searched for him. Police officers also extorted several thousand yuan from his family in 2003.
