(Clearwisdom.net) Meng Qingyun, Wang Baihua and three other Falun Gong practitioners from Zunhua, Hebei Province were illegally detained in Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp.

On May 10, 2011, more than fifty practitioners gathered together in Dang Xiaofen's home in Jiazhuangzi Village, Shimen County to share amongst each other. However, they were reported by someone. The Zunhua 610 Office ordered officers from the Zunhua Police Department, Domestic Security Division and Department of the Armed Forces to illegally arrest the practitioners, with the exception of two elderly practitioners. The practitioners were held in the Zunhua Detention Center and the brainwashing center located on the upper floor of the detention center. Eight practitioners from Jiazhuangzi Village were held there.

After being extorted for large amounts of money, several practitioners have been released. The amount of money that the police demanded varied from 2,000 to 10,000 yuan. Meng Qingyun, Wang Baihua, Li Chunyan, Hao Yanqin, Qi Shuling from Jiazhuangzi Village and Dang Xiaolan, Dang Xiaoyan, Gao Meie from Qujiapu Village were illegally held in the forced labor camp by Zunhua 610 Office personnel.

After they underwent a physical examination at the Kaiping Labor Camp, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, Li Chunyan, Hao Yanqin, Qi Shuling were said to have illnesses and the labor camp refused to accept them. The other five practitioners were held in the Kaiping Labor Camp and were later transferred to Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp. They were sentenced to one to two years of forced labor.

The Zunhua 610 Office held the three practitioners in the Zunhau Detention Center and extorted 5,000 to 10,000 yuan from them before releasing them. Dang Xiaofen and Xie Yuxia from Jiazhuangzi Village, Shimen County also had money extorted before they were released.
