(Clearwisdom.net) Dongfeng County deputy head Guo Keqin held a conference with local Chinese Communist Party (CCP) authorities in Dongfeng County, Jilin Province on September 13, 2011, to organize a brainwashing center in the Dongfeng County Bureau of Education. During the follow-up meeting at 6:00 p.m. later that day, they decided to begin arresting Falun Gong practitioners at 8:30 a.m. the following day.
Two village heads and four police officers broke into practitioner Ms. Zhu Deyan’s home on September 14. Two policemen brutally beat Ms. Zhu, shocking her with an electric baton twice.
After Ms. Zhu was stunned and unconscious, the police found a locked cabinet. Assuming that there were valuables inside the cabinet, the police searched everywhere for the cabinet key. When Ms. Zhu regained consciousness, the police stunned her again. The CCP agents not only unlawfully broke into and entered a private residence, but they also openly and unscrupulously robbed an innocent woman of her personal belongings. The police took many of Ms. Zhu's belongings.
In addition, four officials from the Dongfeng County No. 4 Middle School, including Party secretary Jia Bin, school director Guo Jun, and assistant directors Chen Zhongping and Wang Shuhua actively participated in the persecution of practitioners Ms. Li Xiangzhi and Ms. Jiang Ruoling. They attempted to detain the practitioners and send them to the brainwashing center. The two practitioners were also pressured to write the three statements, and were not allowed to take any work leave. The officials threatened them, saying that they would be considered to have resigned if they took a leave – meaning that they would be fired at once.
