“Falun Gong Is a Practice that Can Save People”

Ms. Song, 50 years old, lives in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. A tragedy occurred in her family. She was diagnosed with an unusual kind of cervical cancer that was inoperable. She had be treated with radiation therapy.

However, the radiation therapy made her suffer terribly. The severe pain made her roll on the floor, and she could not eat. Moreover, she had not slept for a whole month. Her husband was very worried. They had spent 50,000 to 60,000 yuan for the medical treatment. What could he do? Should he just wait for his wife's death?

She gained some weight and started to smile again. The changes in her also made her husband and her children happy, as well as many others who saw her. Many people witnessed the fact that Falun Gong is wonderful and hoped for Ms. Song's complete recovery.

Ms. Song said, “I do not even have to tell others that Falun Gong is good. People can see from me the fact that Falun Gong is a practice that can save people.”

Believing Falun Dafa Is Good, a Dying Prisoner Gained a New Life

I was illegally arrested and detained in prison for distributing truth-clarification materials. In prison, I met Zhang Cheng, who was in prison for stealing. He looked sickly and lacked energy. People could see at first glance that he was severely ill. Then his condition became worse and worse. However, the prison guards insisted that he was only pretending, until he was not able to stand up. Finally the prison guards took him to the hospital.

Zhang Cheng stayed in the hospital for one year, but his condition did not improve. He told me later that he heard the doctors whispering, “This person will soon die.”

After a year, Zhang Cheng was sent back to prison. However, a few days later, he was not able to stand or sit. His condition had deteriorated and he looked very uncomfortable. Nonetheless, the prison guards still forced him to work. Within two months, he was emaciated, as thin as a stick; his leg was thinner than a normal person's arm. He told me that he was going to die, because whenever he closed his eyes, he saw scenes of Hell.

I told Zhang Cheng the facts about Falun Gong, and he agreed with me, refuting the propaganda that the Chinese government had tried to instill in people through the media. I told him to sincerely recite again and again, “Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” I was afraid that he could not memorize these words and wrote them on his hand. Master said in Zhuan Falun,

“Perhaps everyone has heard this statement in Buddhism: "When one’s Buddha-nature emerges, it will shake “the world of ten directions.”" Whoever sees it will come to give a hand and help this person out unconditionally.”

The next day, I saw that Zhang Cheng's face was not as dark as the day before. He looked better. All the horrific scenes that he used to see had all disappeared. He had a really good sleep. After that, his health became better and better and his facial complexion turned rosy. Two years later, when he was released, he had recovered as much as 70 percent of his former health.

Zhang Cheng used to be an ordinary person who was very ill; his doctors said that he would soon die. However, because he accepted the truth about Falun Gong, Master helped him eliminate karma and gave him a new life.
