The practitioners follow the universal principles Truth-Compassion-Forbearance. There are five exercises that are easy to learn and are suitable for young and old for health improvement and stress relief. The effects for healing and fitness are marvelous. More than one hundred million people in more than one hundred countries around the world are benefitting from practicing Falun Gong.
