Dec. 26, 2012 |   By a Minghui correspondent in Shanghai, China

(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Xi Xiaocheng is from the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, and approximately 54 years old. On July 17, 2012, he was tracked by 610 Office agents and then arrested by police while he was clarifying the truth to the public. He has been detained for nearly four months.

This represents Mr. Xi's fourth arrest since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started the persecution of Falun Gong. In the previous three arrests, he was illegally sentenced, taken to forced labor camps, and subjected to several forms of torture in prison.

Around the year 2000, Mr. Xi was taken to a forced labor camp, where he was detained for a year and six months, and persecuted at the Shanghai Dafeng Farm.

Mr. Xi was arrested by Pudong New Area Police Department officers on October 21, 2002, then sentenced to five years of imprisonment by the Pudong New Area Court on June 13, 2003. He was detained in Tilanqiao Prison, and eventually released around September 15, 2007.

On April 15, 2010, Mr. Xi was arrested while distributing Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs in a residential area. He was taken to a forced labor camp, where he served a one-year-and-six-month term.

Mr. Xi's registered residence is No. 3 Xijiazhai, Yaohua Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The long persecution has caused him to lose his family, especially his wife and their child. Please pay attention to the persecution and Mr. Xi Xiaocheng's situation.
