Using Display Boards to Clarify the Truth (Photo)

May 3, 2012 |   By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Hong Kong

(Minghui.org) One morning in February 2011, a fellow practitioner arrived at the scenic spot where we had set up a truth-clarification station. We shared how we explained the facts about Falun Gong and encouraged Chinese people to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. In the afternoon, I went with her to the area where she clarifies the truth to people.

Later, this practitioner needed to go out of town for about four days and asked me to help clarify the truth at her spot. There, I met two fellow practitioners who didn't really know Chinese, but still wanted to help people quit the Communist Party. I gave each of them a display board and taught them how to help people quit the CCP.

I told them: “Don’t worry that you don’t know how to write in Chinese. You can have Chinese practitioners prepare two lists of pseudonyms ahead of time, one for males and the other for females. Hold the picture board in your left hand and a pen in your right. When someone wants to look at the display board, greet them first, then use your pen to point to the words and pictures, one at a time. For example, after pointing to the photo with 'Falun Dafa is good! Heaven bestows happiness and peace!' point to 'Heaven will eliminate the CCP. Withdraw from the Communist Party, Youth League, and Young Pioneers.' After this, ask the person, 'Do you understand?' If he or she says yes, you can point to a name from your list. If the person agrees, then point to the three organizations--the Communist Party, Youth League and Young Pioneers--and check the ones that the person belongs to next to the name. Since you don’t know how to write in Chinese, just use Arabic numerals, such as 1 for Communist Party, 2 for Youth League, and 3 for Young Pioneers.”

My understanding is that it's okay for non-Chinese speakers to help people quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. When we show people the display board, they will read the words we want to tell them. If a group of people read it, they will all understand and want to withdraw from the Party. As a result, more people will withdraw at a time, not just one person. We can learn how to do it if we try it. Master will help strengthen us and give us wisdom. When we first begin to do it, even when we help one or two people withdraw a day, it is still good. That’s how I got started. When we persevere, we will learn how to do it better.

In fact, I feel that this process of clarifying the truth face-to-face and helping people withdraw from the CCP is a process of improving our xinxing and wisdom, letting go of attachments, getting rid of human notions and saving sentient beings. That’s the understanding at my current level.

Since February 2011, this practitioner has helped many people withdraw from the CCP. When she started, she was able to help only one person quit the Party per day. Then she was able to improve to helping two people, then 20 people, and eventually over 100 people a day. As she became more mature, she helped over 200 people withdraw from CCP in one day during the Chinese New Year, the busiest tourist season. This is all due to her own effort and help from Master.

Master said,

“Cultivation depends on one’s own efforts, while transformation of gong is done by one’s master.” (Zhuan Falun)

I would like to share this to encourage practitioners who want to help people withdraw from the CCP, but don’t know how. This method can be used by non-Chinese-speaking and elderly practitioners. With Master’s help and wisdom from Dafa, practitioners are doing better and saving more people. Many practitioners both inside and outside China are participating in this effort to help people withdraw from the Communist Party. According to feedback from other practitioners, using picture display boards and clarifying the truth face-to-face is very effective, so I wrote down my experience so that we can save more people.

Thank you, Master! I am grateful to Master for giving us an opportunity to save people and to practitioners abroad for their support, help, and encouragement.

This is based on my limited understanding. Please kindly point out anything incorrect.
