Solemn Declaration

My niece tried to get her background checked so she could get work as an assistant to police officers. However, her application was denied by the county Residential Committee and police station. My sister is a Falun Dafa practitioner. The committee and police would not hire my niece unless my sister would write a guarantee statement to stop practicing Falun Dafa. My sister refused. Hoping that my niece could get the job, I wrote a guarantee statement for my sister, even though I knew that Falun Dafa is good and supported her cultivation. I now solemnly declare: “The guarantee statement I wrote is null and void. I believe that Dafa is good.”

Solemn Declaration

My two children are Falun Dafa practitioners. They were persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) after 1999: One was detained in a forced labor camp and the other was thrown into jail. My husband died in 2002 because of the extreme pressure and stress. The unexpected hardships were intolerable for me; I was unhealthy and weak. To stop the brutal persecution against my children, I compromised with the evil to blaspheme Dafa and Master in 2004, hoping that my children could be released. However, my children later mentioned that my remarks had actually made things worse, and they were tortured more severely. I had suffered for seven or eight years before being finally reunited with my children. Surprisingly, they looked much better than what I had imagined. My children said that they were tortured to the verge of death, but they were protected by the Master of Falun Dafa. They then told me a lot of facts about Falun Dafa, and I believe what they said. Since then, I have recited these words daily: “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!” My children also helped me to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. I solemnly declare: “Everything I said that is disrespectful to Dafa and Master is null and void. I believe in Dafa and Master.”
