Master said,

“A while back, some Dafa disciples had not yet stepped forward, so we had to wait and do our best to have them come forth. But the time for this is running out. When I saw students who came out of China, I urged them to tell the students who haven’t stepped forward to quickly do so—to have them quickly find those lost students and spell the facts out for them, for what they otherwise face is a most tragic of ends.” (“20th Anniversary Fa Teaching”)

Having studied this section of Master's Fa, I remembered a dream that I had not long ago. I dreamed of a time after the Fa rectified the human world, when those Dafa disciples who had met their vows had returned to their positions. The everyday people who were clear on the truth had obtained salvation, and the sentient beings of different worlds who understood the truth entered different dimensions of different levels in the future universe. However, there are two types of people that the future universe doesn't recognize. There is no position for them in the future universe's levels from top to bottom. This includes Dafa disciples who have not fulfilled their vows and everyday people who had previously vowed to assist Dafa but failed to. These are the two types that will be eliminated during the time of the great elimination. To put it plainly, it represents the complete annihilation of one's soul.

Actually, Master has previously lectured on the situations of these two types of people:

Master said,

“These people who only want to take from Dafa and not give for Dafa are, in the eyes of Gods, the worst beings. Moreover, this Fa is what’s fundamental in the cosmos, so those people who are still unable to step forward today will be weeded out after this tribulation is over.” (“A Suggestion” from Essentials for Further Advancement II)

“Of the people in the world, there are a lot of heads of big corporations, and I can tell you, they had a wish in their previous lives to make money to use for Dafa. They've now become lost, and not only have they not used it for Dafa, they're using it for evil.” (“Teaching the Fa at the 2003 Atlanta Fa Conference”)

So Master has once again lectured on those Dafa disciples who haven't stepped forward yet. I personally understand that these people still have an opportunity. At the same time, Master has allowed us an opportunity to establish mighty virtue.

My personal understanding of the everyday people who previously vowed to assist Dafa but did not, is that they are those whom we have dealings with in everyday life, such as brothers, sisters, parents, colleagues, classmates, managers, subordinates, neighbors, coworkers, or those everyday people who we have frequent dealings with, etc. This then requires that we do well what Dafa disciples should do in our everyday lives. We should also clarify the truth well without relying on mutual affection or other sentimentalities. We should clearly clarify the truth and enable those everyday people who previously vowed to assist Dafa to fulfill their promises. Otherwise, their endings may be immensely sad. They deal with Dafa disciples on almost a daily basis, yet due to their not being truly clear about the truth, they would not be able to fulfill the vow they made previously.

Fellow practitioners, please seriously and clearly clarify the truth to those Dafa disciples who have not been fulfilling their vows, as well as to those everyday people by our sides.
